ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN PRODUKTIVITAS PEKERJAAN KEPALA KOLOM MENGGUNAKAN BETON INSTAN MUTU K-700 DAN BETON READY MIX MUTU K-700

Proyek pembangunan Rumah Sakit ST. Carolus Borromeus menggunakan produk precast untuk struktur utama pemikul beban. Perlakuan struktur precast tentu berbeda dengan sistem konvensional mulai dari pemasangan, sampai penyambungan antar kolom, balok, maupun plat lantai. Sebelum kolom precast terinstal perlu adanya kepala kolom (pedestal) sebagai tumpuan. Mutu kepala kolom (pedestal) harus lebih tinggi atau sama dengan mutu kolom. Proses pembuatan struktur kepala kolom (pedestal) dapat menggunakan beton instan mutu K-700 atau menggunakan beton ready mix mutu K-700. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung nilai perbandingan biaya pelaksanaan, produktivitas pekerja, dan kualitas material pada pekerjaan pedestal antara menggunakan beton instan dan beton ready mix yang berpengaruh terhadap proses instalasi precast. Hasil analisis perbandingan menunjukan bahwa biaya pelaksanaan dan kualitas pedestal cenderung lebih tinggi, sedangkan produktifitas pekerjaan pedestal cenderung lebih rendah namun lebih fleksibel dalam pelaksanaan jika menggunakan beton instan dibandingkan dengan beton ready mix. Tinggi kualitas beton dan kemudahan dalam pelaksanaan berpengaruh pada siklus instalasi precast yang lebih cepat. ST. Carolus Borromeus hospital contruction project using precast product as main structure to bearers load support. Precast structure has different behaviour with the conventional system since installing until connecting between column, beam, and floor plate. Before instaling precast column, Pedestal needed as the support. Pedestal han to equal or higher grade than the column. Pedestal making process should use instant concrete K-700 or ready mix K-700. The purpose of this study is to calculate the value of cost comparison of the implentation between using instant concrete and ready mix that affect the installation process of precast. The results of comparative analysis shows that the costs of implementation of pedestal work tends to be lower but more flexible in the implementation if using instant concrete.
