PEMBUATAN PETA DIGITAL PERSEBARAN KASUS TUBERKULOSIS MENGGUNAKAN SIG DENGAN APLIKASI ARCGIS DI PUSKESMAS DEPOK III SLEMAN

Era komputerisasi zaman sekarang, sistem informasi geografis mulai berkembang di berbagai bidang kesehatan. Dukungan sistem informasi geografis dapat mempermudah petugas pemegang program dalam mengolah, menganalisis, dan menyajikan informasi. Proses pengolahan dan penyajian data tuberkulosis di Puskesmas Depok III Sleman hanya menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Keluaran informasi yang dihasilkan berupa diagram dan peta manual. Dalam hal ini peneliti ingin memanfaatkan dukungan SIG membuat peta supaya mempermudah petugas dalam menyajikan, mengolahan, dan menganalisis data. Tujuan: melakukan analisis kebutuhan dengan petugas pemegang program tuberkulosis, membuat peta digital persebaran kasus tuberkulosis BTA positif menggunakan SIG dengan aplikasi ArcGis, dan mengevaluasi petugas pemegang program terkait proses pengolahan data tuberkulosis dilihat dari persepsi kemudahan dan kemanfaatan. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan rancangan penelitian action research. Hal ini dipilih karena dalam action research terjadi kolaborasi antara peneliti dan pengguna dalam menentukan kebutuhan terhadap pembuatan peta digital kasus tuberkulosis BTA positif. Subjek penelitian adalah satu orang petugas pengolahan data tuberkulosis. Objek penelitian adalah proses kegiatan pengumpulan, pengolahan, dan penyajian data tuberkulosis. Hasil: Puskesmas Depok III Sleman membutuhkan aplikasi yang dapat mengolah data tuberkulosis berbasis kewilayahan dalam bentuk peta digital. Pembuatan peta menggunakan Arcgis mengahasilkan keluaran informasi yang lebih variatif, informatif, dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil yang ditampilkan berupa 3 kategori, yakni berdasarkan umur, jenis kelamin, dan kepadatan penduduk. Dari evaluasi yang dilakukan petugas tidak mengalami kesulitan. Adanya buku pedoman dapat membantu petugas dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi ArcGis.

In the era of computerization today, geographic information systems began to develop in various fields of health. Geographic information system support can make it easier to process, analyze, and present information. Processing and presentation of tuberculosis data in Puskesmas Depok III Sleman only use Microsoft Excel. The infromation outputs that are produced are manual charts and maps. In this case researchers want to take advantage of GIS support to make maps to facilitate officers in presenting, processing and analyzing data. Objective: to perform needs analysis with the holder of tuberculosis program, to make digital map about the spreading of positive BTA tuberculosis cases by using GIS with ArcGis application and to evaluate the officer that hold the program which is related to tuberculosis data processing which is seen from the perception of easiness and expediency. Method: The type of research that is used is descriptive research with qualitative approach and research action as the research design. This was chosen because in action research there was collaboration between researcher and user in determining the needs toward the digital map on positive BTA tuberculosis case. Research subjects were 1 person such as the officer of tuberculosis data processing. The object of research is the process of collecting, processing, and presenting the data of tuberculosis. Results: Puskesmas Depok III Sleman requires an application that can process regional-based tuberculosis data in the form of digital maps. Making a map by using Arcgis produces a more varied, informative, and user-friendly information output. The results that are shown are 3 categories, namely by age, gender, and population density. From the evaluation which is conducted by officers, they did not experience difficulties. The existence of the guidebook can assist the officer in operating ArcGis application.
