PENILAIAN EKONOMI KOMPLEKS PAGELARAN KRATON YOGYAKARTA SEBAGAI PENDUKUNG KEBIJAKAN PENGEMBANGAN KEPARIWISATAAN DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA DENGAN METODE CONTINGENT VALUATION

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi nilai ekonomi suatu objek yang tidak diperjualbelikan di pasar, yaitu situs cagar budaya Kompleks Pagelaran Kraton Yogyakarta. Estimasi dilakukan dengan Contingent Valuation Methods (CVM) dengan data nilai Willingness to Pay (WTP) yang diperoleh dengan melalui survei secara individu terhadap pengunjung Kraton Yogyakarta atau dalam kasus ini merupakan wisatawan yang menikmati objek wisata ini. Nilai rata-rata WTP yang didapat akan dikalikan dengan jumlah populasi pengunjung pada tahun terakhir, dan hasilnya merupakan nilai ekonomi dari Kompleks Pagelaran Kraton Yogyakarta. Alat analisis tambahan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap WTP yang diberikan oleh para wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Kraton Yogyakarta. Hasil analisis menunjukkan jika faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap WTP adalah biaya perjalanan, usia, dan variabel dummy ketertarikan terhadap budaya. Nilai rata-rata WTP yang diperoleh adalah Rp13.500,00 dengan nilai minimum Rp7.000.00 dan nilai maksimum Rp25.000.00. Nilai ekonomi Kompleks Pagelaran Kraton Yogyakarta adalah Rp18.247.706.400,00 dengan jumlah populasi pengunjung pada tahun 2015 sebanyak 1.118.400 wisatawan.

This study aims to make an estimation of the economic value of an object that is not traded in the marketplace, in this instance a cultural heritage site entitled 'Pagelaran Kraton Yogyakarta Complex' a part of the Sultan's Palace of Yogyakarta. It is hoped that by doing so it will help shape Yogyakarta's Special Region (DIY) tourism development planning. The estimation is done using Contingent Valuation Methods (CVM) that have been generated from Willingness to Pay (WTP) data that was obtained through individual surveys with Kraton Yogyakarta's visitors. The average value of WTP obtained will be multiplied by the number of visitor population of the previous year. The results were the estimated economic value of this important heritage site, the Pagelaran Kraton Yogyakarta Palace Complex. Additional analysis tools employed in this study included multiple linear regression analysis, which aims to determine what factors affecting WTP provided by the tourists who visit the Kraton Yogyakarta. The results of analysis indicate that the factors affecting the WTP such as cost of travel, age, and personal interest in culture (dummy variable). The average value of WTP generated was Rp13,500.00 (US $1) with a minimum value of Rp7.000.00 (US $0,5) and a maximum value of Rp25.000.00 (US $1,8). Hence, the economic value of the Pagelaran Yogyakarta Palace Complex was determined to be Rp18.247.706.400,00 (US $1.351.681) per year with total number of visitors in 2015 of 1,118,400 tourists.
