PENGUKURAN TINGKAT KEBISINGAN JALAN RAYA BERDEKATAN DENGAN SEKOLAH VOKASI UNIVERSITAS GADJAH MADA MENGGUNAKAN METODE PENGUKURAN STANDAR KEBISINGAN DARI KEMENTRIAN LINGKUNGAN HIDUP NO 48/1996 (STUDI KASUS: JALAN PERSATUAN)

2017 | Tugas Akhir | D3 METROLOGI DAN INSTRUMENTASI SVTelah dilakukan penelitian di Area jalan raya yang merupakan salah satu tempat yang menimbulkan suara yang berlebih atau bisa dikatakan sebagai kebisingan. Sebab itu dibutuhkan penelitian dan pengukuran tingkat kebisingan pada salah satu ruas jalan di Yogyakarta, tujuan pengujian dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penyimpangan kebisingan yang terjadi di area tersebut. Telah dilakukan pengukuran tingkat kebisingan pada salah satu ruas jalan yang terdapat di Yogyakarta pada 23 sampai 29 mei 2016. Kebisingan di jalan raya berasal dari mesin kendaraan bermotor, dan aktifitas kegiatan di sekitar lingkungan tersebut. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan jarak 2 meter dari kerasan jalan atau sumber kebisingan dengan ketinggian 1,2 m dari tanah. Alat yang digunakan dalam proses pengukuran ini adalah digital sound level meter. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan bedasarkan pembagian waktu (jam). Sehingga grafik yang dihasilkan dB berbanding dengan waktu. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan selama tujuh hari mulai tanggal 23 – 29 mei 2016 tingkat kebisingan yang terjadi pada ruas jalan memiliki rata – rata sebesar senin 83.14 dB, selasa 67.60 dB, rabu 68.53 dB, kamis 68.16 dB, jumat 82.93 dB, sabtu 73.30 dB, minggu 71.07 dB. Hal ini menunjukkan tingkat kebisingan pada salah satu ruas jalan di Yogyakarta menunjukan melebihi ambang batas yang di izinkan (NAB) oleh Kementerian Kesehatan dan Kementerian Lingkungan hidup.
The research in highway wich one of the places that cause excessive noise or can be regraded as noise has been done. Therefore, it takes reserch and measurement of noise level at the one of highway in Yogyakarta. The purpouse of the testing was conducted to determine the extent of deviation of noise that occurs in the area. The measurement of noise level in the area of highway is finih. The research take location in one of highway Yogyakarta on 23 – 29 may 2016. The noise in the area come from vehicle engine, and activity on that area. Measurements were taken at the distance of 2 meters frome the hardnes of highway or frome the noise source with 1.2 meters in height frome the ground. Tool used in the data process of collection that is Digital Sound Level Meter. Sampling done based on variations of the location and time (hours). So the graph is drived dB compared with the time. Based on the analysis and resarch that has been conducted held for sefen days starting on 23 – 29 May 2016 the level of noise that occurs in the union road segment has an average of monday 83.14 dB, tuesday 67.60 dB, wednesday 68.53 dB, thursday 68.16 dB, fraiday 82.93 dB, saturday 73.30 dB, sunday 71.07 dB. This shows the the level of noise in one of the main roads in Yogyakarta shows exceeding the authorized threshold Ministry of Health and Environment Minister.
