2017 | Tesis | S2 Ekonomi PertanianTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui kinerja Gapoktan pelaksana Penguatan-LDPM pasca tahap kemandirian di DIY, (2) Mengetahui tingkat efisiensi kinerja Gapoktan pelaksana Penguatan-LDPM pasca tahap kemandirian di DIY, (3) Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi kinerja Gapoktan pelaksana Penguatan-LDPM pasca tahap kemandirian di DIY. Penelitian dilakukan pada 40 Gapoktan pelaksana Penguatan-LDPM di DIY dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode skoring untuk mengukur kinerja Gapoktan pelaksana Penguatan-LDPM di DIY. Pendekatan analisis DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) menggunakan asumsi constant return to scale (CRS) dan variable return to scale (VRS) dengan asumsi output oriented digunakan untuk mengukur skor efisiensi dari masing-masing Gapoktan yang diamati. Selanjutnya penelitian ini menggunakan Ordinary Least Square (OLS) untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi kinerja Gapoktan pelaksana Penguatan-LDPM tahap pasca kemandirian di DIY. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Gapoktan dalam menjalankan program Penguatan-LDPM tahap pasca kemandirian di DIY masuk dalam kategori baik. Berdasarkan perhitungan DEA-CRS Gapoktan paling efisien adalah Gapoktan Sumber Harapan dengan skor efisiensi 1 dan yang paling inefisien adalah Gapoktan Sumber Lestari dengan skor efisiensi 0,203. Efisiensi Gapoktan akan meningkat seiring dengan usia dan pengalaman pengurus yang semakin meningkat.
The objective of this research are : (1) to find out the performance of Gapoktan on strengthening the institutions of community food distribution program in DIY, (2) to find out the efficiency of Gapoktan on strengthening the institutions of community food distribution program in DIY, (3) to identify the factors that influence the efficiency of Gapoktan on strengthening the institutions of community food distribution program in DIY. The research was conducted at 40 Gapoktan used primary and secondary data. The research method used descriptive approach with scoring method to measure the performance of Gapoktan on strengthening the institutions of community food distribution program in DIY. The efficiency of Gapoktan on strengthening the institutions of community food distribution program were analyzed by using DEA-CRS and DEA-VRS approach with assumption of output orientation. The factors affecting the efficiency were analyzed by using multiple regression OLS (Ordinary Least Square). The results showed that the performance of Gapoktan on strengthening the institutions of community food distribution program in DIY include in well category. Based on calculation of DEA-CRS, the most of efficient Gapoktan is Gapoktan Sumber Harapan with efficiency score 1 and the most inefficient Gapoktan is Gapoktan Sumber Lestari with efficiency score 0,203. The efficiency of Gapoktan will increase in line with age and experience.
