BENTUK GANGGUAN REPRODUKSI PADA SAPI POTONG BETINA DI KABUPATEN REMBANG DAN KABUPATEN KEBUMEN PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persentase terhadap kasus gangguan reproduksi sapi potong di kabupaten Rembang (tanggal 10-12 Oktober 2015) dan Kabupaten Kebumen (tanggal 20-21 Oktober 2015). Beberapa hal yang menjadi penyebab masih belum tercapainya swasemabada daging adalah populasi sapi potong yang terus menurun dan tingginya kasus kasus gangguan reproduksi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara survey langsung mengunjungi peternak dan metode per rectal yang dilakukan oleh petugas ATR. di Kabupaten Rembang sampel sebanyak 167 dan Kabupaten Kebumen 165. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gangguan reproduksi paling tinggi adalah Hipofungsi ovarium, sebanyak 13,2% di Kabupaten Rembang dan 12,7% di Kabupaten Kebumen. Penyebab terjadinya hipofungsi ovarium karena faktor pakan. sapi yang mengalami gangguan hipofungsi ovarium di terapi dengan pemberian vitamin ADE dan penyuntikan GnRh 100-250 mcg intramuskuler. Kesimpulan kasus gangguan reproduksi tertinggi pada sapi potong betina adalah hipofungsi ovarium di Kabupaten Kebumen dan Rembang.

This study wan conducted to determine the percentage pg the cases of beef cows reproductive disorders in Rembang district (10-12 October 2015) and Kebumen district (20-21 October 2015). Some Of the things that causes Indonesia does not achieve yet the meat self-suppoting is the beef cows population is decreasing and the high cases of reproductive disorders. The study was conducted by direct survey by visiting the breeder and the rectal method performed by ATR officer. in Rembang district, the samples are 167 while in Kebumen district are 165. The results showed that the highest reproductive disorder is the Ovarium Hypofunction, as much as 13.2% in Rembang and 12.7% in Kebumen. The Cause og Ovarium Hypofunction is from the feed. Beef cows that are smitten by Ovarium Hypofunction are healed by giving ADE vitamin and 100-250 mcg IM injection of GnRH. Conclusion cases the highest reproductive disorders in beef cattle females are ovarian hypofunction in Kebumen and Rembang.
