INTISARI Kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan dalam sebuah organisasi. Dengan menerapkan aktifitas kepemimpinan yang efektif akan membuka potensi dan talenta para karyawan sehingga tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai Penelitian ini membahas mengenai praktik kepemimpinan pada Departemen Logistik perusahaan Natuna Energi Inc, Ltd yang sedang dilakukan saat ini melalui aktifitas utama atau key leadership activities dari pemimpin di tiga level berbeda yaitu Senior Leader, Middle Leader dan Forntline Leader. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengevaluasi gambaran praktik kepemimpinan dan aktifitas pemimpin yang tengah dilakukan oleh Manager, Supervisor dan Coordinator (2) memberikan usulan untuk aktifitas leadership yang seharusnya dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Blue Ocean Leadership. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam kepada 18 responden dari tiga level berbeda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa aktifitas kepemimpinan yang sedang dilakukan saat ini belum efektif dan proporsional. Sehingga para pemimpin disarankan untuk meninggalkan aktifitas yang lama dan menerapkan aktifitas baru sesuai dengan usulan yang diterapkan menggunakan pendekatan Blue Ocean Leadership. Diharapkan aktifitas baru ini akan memberikan efek dalam peningkatan kinerja dan dapat lebih menggali potensi para karyawan

ABSTRACT Leadership is one of the sucessful indicator in an organization. By implementing an efective leadership, the leaders could explore any talent and potential energy for every employee that have’nt been discovered yet, so it can drive to achieve the goal of Department This reaserch is discussed about the key leadership activities for Senior Leader, Middle Leader and Frontline Leader in Department Logistik Natuna Energy Inc, Ltd that have been implemented by the time. The puprose of this reaserch are: (1) to evaluate the plot of key leadership activities doing by Manager, Supervisor and Coordinator (2) to give the alternative activities that could be implemented in three level leaders by using Blue Ocean Leadership approach. This reaserch is a qualitative method with questioner and in depth interview for 18 respondends as the tools to plot the leadership activities This research revealed that current leadership activities in Department Logistic Natuna Energy Inc, Ltd need to be changed since the previous one was not really effective and did not give much contribute to Department. Otherwise, all the laeders need to develope new leadership activities based on Blue Ocean Leadership approach , so they can more contribute and explore the potential energy all the employee.
