ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR-FAKTOR DALAM MANAJEMEN PROYEK TERHADAP KESUKSESAN PROYEK BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI KASUS PADA PT BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) merupakan salah salah satu perusahaan pada industri pasar modal yang memiliki peran penentu dalam perkembangan pasar modal di Indonesia. Perkembangan BEI tidak lepas dari pengembangan Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang mendukung fungsi-fungsi utama maupun pendukungnya. Pengembangan TI di BEI terlaksana melalui pelaksanaan proyek-proyek berbasis TI. Dengan demikian, kesuksesan proyek-proyek berbasis TI merupakan hal penting bagi perkembangan BEI dan juga pasar modal di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi kesuksesan pengelolaan proyek berbasis TI yang ada di BEI dengan melakukan identifikasi faktor-faktor terkait manajemen tim proyek yang memiliki hubungan dengan kesuksesan proyek, menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap kesuksesan proyek dalam ukuran biaya, jadwal, dan operabilitas, serta melakukan evaluasi program-program strategis BEI yang sejalan dengan peningkatan kesuksesan proyek berbasis TI. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang bersumber pada laporan proyek dan hasil pengisian kuesioner anggota tim proyek terkait. Hasil pengisian kuesioner menggunakan 5 point Likert-type scale dan diagregasi pada level proyek yang ditutup pada tahun 2015 - 2016. Variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 13 faktor kesuksesan proyek terkait manajemen tim proyek, yaitu: Clear Project Goal, Senior Management Support, Cross Functional, Autonomous Project Team, Team Experience, Team Continuity, Office Designed for Communication, Co-location, Virtual Office, Project Manager Continuity, Project Manager Incentive, Problem Solving, dan Team Potency. Variabel terikat atau dependen adalah kriteria kesuksesan proyek, yaitu: Biaya, Jadwal, dan Operasional proyek. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji analisis korelasi menggunakan metode Pearson�s r bivariate correlations dan uji analisis regresi berganda dengan metode forced entry dan stepwise. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Team Experiences memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh positif dengan Jadwal dan Operasional, Virtual Office memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh positif dengan Jadwal, serta Co-location memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh negatif terhadap Operasional. Beberapa program strategis BEI dapat meningkatkan skala faktor Team Experiences dan Virtual Office Designed for Communication serta menurunkan skala faktor Co-location, yaitu: Learning & Development, System Enhancement (Cloud System dan Video Conference), Effective Meeting, dan ISMS Awareness & Certification.

Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is one of the companies in the capital market industry that has a decisive role in the development of capital markets in Indonesia. The development of IDX cannot be separated from the development of Information Technology (IT) that supports the main and supporting functions. IT development at BEI is accomplished through the implementation of IT-based projects. Thus, the success of IT-based projects is crucial for the development of BEI as well as the capital market in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the success of existing IT-based project management by identifying factors related to project team management that are related to project success, analyzing the effect of these factors on project success in cost, schedule and operability measure, as well as evaluating IDX's strategic programs in line with the increasing success of IT-based projects. The data used in this study is based on project reports and the results of the questionnaires of the members of the related project team. The results of the questionnaires use a 5 point Likert-type scale and aggregated at the project level closed in 2015 - 2016. The independent variables used in this research are 13 factors of project success related to project team management, e.g. Clear Project Goal, Senior Management Support, Cross Functional, Autonomous Project Team, Team Experience, Team Continuity, Office Designed for Communication, Co-location, Virtual Office, Project Manager Continuity, Project Manager Incentive, Problem Solving, and Team Potency. Dependent variables are the criteria of project success, namely: Cost, Schedule, and Operation of project. The analysis method used in this research is correlation analysis test using Pearson�s r bivariate correlations method and multiple regression analysis with forced entry and stepwise method. The results of this study indicate that Team Experiences have a positive relationship and influence with Schedule and Operations, Virtual Office has a positive relationship and influence with Schedule, and Co-location has a negative relationship and influence on Operations. Some of BEI's strategic programs can increase the scale of factors of Team Experiences and Virtual Office Designed for Communication and reduce the scale of Co-location factors, e.g. Learning & Development, System Enhancement (Cloud System and Video Conference), Effective Meeting, and ISMS Awareness & Certification.
