Perencanaan Bisnis Peternakan Ayam Broiler Probiotik

Peternakan merupakan salah satu prospek bisnis yang berkembang setiap tahunnya terutama peternakan ayam broiler, hal tersebut dikarenakan kelas menengah sudah mulai meningkat karena daya beli masyarakat juga meningkat setiap tahunnya. Peluang bisnis khususnya pada industri peternakan ayam broiler menjadi salah satu prospek yang cukup baik mengingat bahwa populasi ayam broiler juga meningkat setiap tahunnya. Untuk mendukung peternakan yang dapat berkontribusi kepada masyarakat sekitar khususnya dalam hal kesehatan maka unsur probiotik menjadi salah satu pilihan yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk mencapai visi itu. Seiring dengan berkembangnya waktu masyarakat Indonesia menjadi lebih peduli terhadap kesehatan terutama gizi yang terkandung pada sebuah bahan pangan, hal ini juga menjadi dasar bagi pengambilan keputusan untuk mengembangkan unsur probiotik yang dapat digabungkan dengan peternakan ayam broiler terutama pada proses perkembangan ayam ternak. Unsur probiotik dapat dicapai dengan memberikan vitamin alami kepada hewan ternak yang berbentuk pupuk organik cair atau disebut dengan bio mpm. Selain hewan ternak akan mengandung unsur probiotik, terdapat keuntungan yang nantinya akan berpengaruh kepada perusahaan karena proses panen menjadi lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan ayam broiler pada umumnya, tingkat mortalitas lebih kecil dan bobot ayam broiler lebih homogen dibandingkan ayam broiler yang dikembangkan dengan metode konvensional. Berdasarkan beberapa data yang didapat dari observasi, studi litueratur dan wawancara dengan pelaku bisnis hingga pengepul, didapati bahwa tingkat konsumsi daging ayam di pulau Jawa khususnya kawasan JABODETABEK mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya antara 10 hingga 15%. Oleh karena itu prospek bisnis ini masih sangat terbuka lebar dan memiliki peluang yang besar untuk dijalankan. Diperlihatkan pada tiga skenario bsinis yang memperlihatkan performa finansial yang baik untuk jangka waktu hingga 20 Tahun. Pada scenario pesimis, didapat NPV Rp 4,7 miliar, IRR sebesar 18,7% dan PI 1,64. Pada scenario Normal didapat NPV Rp 6,7 miliar, IRR sebesar 20,7% dan PI 1,81. Pada scenario optimis didapat NPV Rp 8,6 miliar, IRR 22,4% dan PI 1,94. Dengan adanya proyeksi ketiga scenario ini, diharapkan terlihat peluang serta resiko yang lebih terukur.

Farming is one of a growing business prospect especially segmented in broiler chicken farm, is is mainly because the middle class started to rise and that is possible due to the effect of people's purchasing power also rises over time or increasing every year. Business opportunity in broiler chicken industry become one of the goods that has a great prospect also given that the population of broiler chicken is also increasing every year. To support the farms that also can contribute more to the people or local community in terms of health awareness our probiotic ingredients could be an option that can be done to achieve the vision. In time Indonesian people become more concerned about health issues such as the nutrients that contained in a food, it is also the foundation or basis for the decision to develop a probiotic ingredient that can be combined with broiler chicken farms to be exact the combination starts from the process itself. Elements of probiotic can be accomplished by providing natural vitamins to livestock in the form of liquid organic fertilizer or so called Bio MPM. Not only the chicken will contains elements of probiotic but also it will give advatages to the company also because it will affect the harvesting process to be faster, it will lower the mortality rate and more homogeneous broiler weight will be achieved rather that the other broiler chicken farm that uses conventional methods. Based on some data obtained from observation, literature studies and interviews with business person to chicken collectors, it was found that the level of consumption in chicken meat is rising in West Java especially JABODETABEK region at least 10 to 15% per year. From the data we can conclude that the business prospect is still very high and have a great opportunity to run. There are some data shown this business has a good financial projection and it's explained with three different scenario up to 20 years. In the pessimistic scenario this business gained Rp 4,7 billion on NPV, IRR 18,7% and PI reach 1,64. In normal scenario this business could gained Rp 6,7 billion on NPV, IRR 20,7% and PI reach 1,81. In optimistic scenario this business could gained Rp 8,6 billion on NPV, IRR of 22,4% and PI reach 1,94. With these three projections it is expected that the business opportunities and risks are more scalable.
