PERCEIVED FIRM FAIRNESS BAGI STAF PROFESIONAL DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP BURNOUT DAN TURNOVER INTENTION

Oleh karena itu, turnover intention atau yang dipahami sebagai keinginan karyawan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan merupakan masalah kritis dalam perusahaan. Khususnya dalam perusahaan jasa audit dan konsultasi, turnover intention menimbulkan kerugian perusahaan dari segi waktu dan biaya, maupun kredibilitas dan perkembangan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intention khususnya di perusahaan jasa anggota the big four, yakni Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC), Deloitte, EY, dan KPMG. Faktor-faktor yang diperhitungkan dalam penelitian ini adalah perceived firm fairness, perceived firm support, firm commitment, dan burnout. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 213 karyawan anggota the big four di Indonesia. Analisis dilakukan dengan model structural equation modeling. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antar faktor terhadap turnover intention.
Human resources have strategic role especially in service companies. Consequently, turnover intention or employees’ desire to leave the company is critical for the company. Particularly in audit and consulting services, turnover intention inflict losses of the company in terms of time and cost, as well as credibility and development of the services. This study aims to understand factors that affect turnover intention, especially in the enterprise services of the big four members, namely Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC), Deloitte, EY, and KPMG. Factors taken into account in this study is perceived firm fairness, perceived firm support, firm commitment, and burnout. Data were obtained from 213 employees who are members of the big four in Indonesia. Analysis was performed with structural equation modeling. The results obtained indicate that there are significant relationships between factors affecting turnover intention.
