TINGKAT KENYAMANAN LALU LINTAS JALAN NYI TJONDROLOEKITO DARI PEREMPATAN JEMBATAN WREKSODINONGRAT SAMPAI PEREMPATAN RINGROAD UTARA DENGAN METODE MOVING CAR OBSERVER

Yogyakarta menjadi kota tujuan bagi pelajar maupun wisatawan dari berbagai daerah. Hal ini menyebabkan lalu lintas menjadi tinggi mengingat jumlah penduduk yang semakin meningkat. Jalan Nyi Tjondroloekito menjadi salah satu ruas jalan yang menerima dampak peningkatan volume kendaraan yang mengakibatkan kemacetan pada jam puncak atau jam sibuk. Dengan diadakannya survei pengamat bergerak (Moving Car Observer) dapat ditemukan pokok permasalahan dan memberi solusi untuk ke depan. Dari survei Moving Car Observer yang telah dilakukan diperoleh data yang menunjukan bahwa ruas Jalan Nyi Tjondroloekito dari Jembatan Wreksodiningrat sampai Ringroad Utara memiliki tingkat pelayanan kelas E dengan karakteristik arus mulai tidak stabil dan perubahan volume lalu lintas sangat dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan perjalanan. Urutan kendaraan dominan yang melawati Jalan Nyi Tjondroloekito dengan rute Jembatan Wreksodiningrat sampai Ringroad Utara antara lain: motor; mobil pribadi; mini bus; pick up; truck dan kendaraan tidak bermotor dengan rata-rata kecepatan 22,28 km/jam untuk arah utara ke selatan dan 25,36 km/jam untuk arah selatan ke utara.

With Moving Car Observer has been done obtained data that showing the roads Nyi Tjondroloekito from the Wreksodiningrat intersection to North Ringroad have class E service level with characteristics currents ranging unstable, and the traffic volume transformation is influenced by the speed of vehicles. The Range of dominant vehicles run through the Nyi Tjondroloekito street from the Wreksodiningrat bridge until the North Ringroad are motorbike, private cars, mini buses pick-up, trucks and vehicle without engine with an average vehicle speed 22,08 km / hour from the north to the south and 25,36 km / hour from the south to the north.
