PERBANDINGAN PENGARUH WARNA PRIMER DINDING RUANG KLINIK DOKTER GIGI TERHADAP KECEMASAN PASIEN DEWASA Novianti, E.I., Amalia, R., Pramono, D INTISARI Lingkungan mengandung stimulus atau rangsang yang kemudian akan ditanggapi oleh manusia dalam bentuk respon tertentu. Adaptasi seringkali dilakukan oleh pasien rumah sakit dalam upaya untuk mengatasi kedaan tertekan dan tidak nyaman dalam ruang yang terasa asing baginya. Merekayasa stimulus visual agar dapat sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna merupakan salah satu aspek terpenting dalam proses perancangan interior. Penerapan warna yang berkaitan dengan visual dapat mempengaruhi aspek psikologi dalam diri pasien karena warna dapat mempengaruhi emosi manusia dan menggambarkan suasana hati manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik cross sectional. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 105 orang yang dibagi 3 kelompok berdasarkan warna primer yaitu warna merah, kuning, dan biru. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik One Way ANOVA dimana diperoleh nilai F hitung 3,757 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,027, artinya terdapat perbedaan pengaruh warna primer dinding ruang klinik dokter gigi terhadap kecemasan pasien dewasa. Sebagian besar responden memiliki skor kecemasan dalam kategori tidak cemas. Tingkat kecemasan tertinggi pada pasien yang melihat dinding ruang klinik dokter gigi berwarna merah (8,74), selanjutnya tingkat kecemasan pada pasien yang melihat dinding ruang klinik dokter gigi berwarna kuning adalah 7,54, dan tingkat kecemasan terendah pada pasien yang melihat dinding ruang klinik dokter gigi berwarna biru (7,09). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tingkat kecemasan pasien dewasa dipengaruhi oleh warna dinding ruang klinik dokter gigi.

COMPARISON OF THE EFFECT OF PRIMARY COLORS LIVING WALLS OF ANXIETY CLINIC DENTIST FOR ADULT PATIENTS Novianti, E.I., Amalia, R., Pramono, D ABSTRACT Environment contained stimulus that would be responded by human in the form of certain responses. Adaptation was frequently done by the patient of the hospital in order to cope with the stressful and uncomfortable situation by staying in the unfamiliar room. Manipulating the visual stimulation in order to make suitable condition for patient is one of the most important aspect in the interior designing process. The using of colours related to the visual could affect the psychological aspect in the patient because colours could affect the human emotion and describe what human felt. The method in this research was cross sectional analytic. The measurement instrument was a questionnaire. The respondents of this research were 105 people who were divided into 3 groups based on the primary colours which were red, yellow, and blue. The data analysis used was One Way ANOVA test which gained 3,757 calculated F value with a 0.027 significance, which meant that there was difference in the effect of primary colours wall of the dental clinic room to anxiety in adult patients. Most respondents had anxiety scores in the not worried category. The highest level of anxiety in patients who viewed a dentist room with wall red colour (8.74), then the level of anxiety in patients who viewed a dentist room with wall yellow colour was 7.54, and the lowest level of anxiety in patients who viewed with the walls of the clinic room blue dentists (7.09). It is concluded that the level of anxiety in adult patients affected by the color of the wall dental clinic.
