Permintaan Input pada Usaha Budidaya Gurami di Desa Pliken Kecamatan Kembaran Kabupaten Banyumas

Desa Pliken di Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan salah satu pusat komoditas ikan gurami. Produktivitas gurami di wilayah ini belum optimal. Hal ini mendorong studi lebih lanjut untuk mengkaji lebih dalam tentang tingkat input yang digunakan, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan input, elastisitas harga-sendiri permintaan input dan elastisitas harga-silang permintaan input. Penelitian dilakukan pada 30 sampel petani ikan gurami di Desa Pliken, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis T-test dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penggunaan benih ikan lebih kecil dari rekomendasi sehingga belum sesuai dengan rekomendasi namun tingkat penggunaan pakan ikan sama dengan rekomendasi sehingga sudah sesuai. Permintaan benih dan pakan ikan dipengaruhi secara negatif oleh harga relatif benih ikan pada periode pertama dan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh jumlah output ikan gurami ini. Elastisitas harga relatif permintaan benih ikan bersifat elastis di kedua periode. Elastisitas harga relatif permintaan pakan ikan bersifat tidak signifikan di kedua periode. Elastisitas harga silang relatif permintaan benih ikan terhadap harga relatif pakan ikan bersifsat elastis pada periode pertama dan inelastis pada periode kedua. Sementara elastisitas harga silang relatif permintaan pakan ikan terhadap harga relatif benih ikan bersifat elastis pada periode kedua. Elastisitas harga silang relatif permintaan benih ikan terhadap jumlah output ikan gurami bersifat inelastis di kedua periode. Sementara elastisitas harga silang relatif permintaan pakan ikan terhadap jumlah output ikan gurami bersifat elastis di kedua periode.

Pliken Village in Banyumas Regency is one of gurami fish center. Gurami's productivity in this region have not optimal yet. It encourages the further study to examine more deeply about the level of input that used, factors that affect the input demand, own-price elasticity of input demand and cross-price elasticity of inputs demand. Research carried out on 30 samples of gurami fish farmers in Pliken Village, Banyumas Regency. The analysis carried out by using descriptive analysis, t-test analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the usage level of fish seeds lower than the recommendation but the usage level of fish feeds have already same as the recommendation. Demand of fish seeds and feeds negatively influenced by the relative prices of fish seed in first period and positively influenced by the amount of gurami's output. Relative own-price elasticity of fish seed's demand is elastic in both periods. Relative own-price elasticity of fish feed's demand is not significant in both periods. Relative cross-price elasticity of fish seed's demand to the relative prices of fish feeds is elastic in the first period and inelastic in the second period. While relative cross-price elasticity of fish feeds demand to the relative prices of fish seeds is elastic in the both periods. Relative cross-price elasticity of fish seed's demand to the amount of gurami's output is inelastic in both periods. While the relative cross-price elasticity of fish feed's demand to the amount of gurami's output is elastic in both periods.
