Ketahanan Pangan Rumah Tangga Tani Padi Organik di Kabupaten Sleman

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan rumah tangga tani padi organik di Kabupaten Sleman dalam hal 1) pangsa pengeluaran pangan, 2) tingkat kecukupan energi, 3) persentase rumah tangga tahan pangan, dan 4) faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pangsa pengeluaran pangan rumah tangga. Responden penelitian sejumlah 30 sampel rumah tangga tani padi organik diperoleh menggunakan metode proportional random sampling. Pangsa pengeluaran pangan diperoleh dengan menghitung proporsi pengeluaran pangan rumah tangga terhadap pengeluaran total. Tingkat kecukupan energi diperoleh dengan menghitung nilai asupan energi yang dikonsumsi per kapita per hari dalam rumah tangga. Persentase rumah tangga tahan pangan dapat diketahui dengan melakukan klasifikasi silang menurut Jonsson and Toole. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pangsa pengeluaran pangan dapat diketahui dengan melakukan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rumah tangga tani padi organik di Kabupaten Sleman memiliki rerata pangsa pengeluaran pangan rendah (55,68%) dan tingkat kecukupan energi cukup (100,31%). Rumah tangga tani yang tergolong tahan pangan sebesar 46,47%. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh positif terhadap pangsa pengeluaran pangan yaitu harga telur; harga minyak goreng; harga gula; harga mie instan dan harga tempe, sedangkan yang berpengaruh negatif yaitu pendapatan usaha tani padi organik.

The aimed of this study was to determine the state of the organic rice farm household in Sleman district in terms of 1) sharing of food expenditure, 2) level of energy sufficiency, 3) percentage of households classified as food secure, and 4) factors that affect the share of household food expenditure. This study was carried out on 30 samples of organic rice farm households that were obtained using proportional random sampling method. The share of food expenditure was obtained by calculating the proportion of household food expenditure to total expenditure. Energy sufficiency level was obtained by calculating the energy consumed per capita per day in farm households. Percentage of households classified as food secure was determined by Jonsson and Toole‘s cross-classification. Factors that affect the share of food expenditure was determined by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that organic rice farm households in Sleman district has a low-categorized share of food expenditure (55.68%), and enough-categorized energy sufficiency level (100.31%). Households classified as food secure by 46.47%. The share of food expenditure are positively affected by the price of eggs, cooking oil, sugar, instant noodles, and soybean, while revenue from organic rice farming negatively affected the share of household food expenditure.
