PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN SODIUM BICARBONAT PADA FERMENTASI CAMPURAN KONSENTRAT BERBASIS AMPAS TAHU TERHADAP LAMA KEBUNTINGAN DAN PERTUMBUHAN CEMPE DOMBA EKOR TIPIS

INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan sodium bikarbonat pada pemberian pakan fermentasi konsentrat berbasis ampas tahu terhadap lama kebuntingan dan pertumbuhan anak domba sebelum sapih yang meliputi bobot badan, panjang badan, lingkar badan, dan lebar dada. Materi yang digunakan adalah 12 ekor domba ekor tipis betina bunting yang dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok (K1, K2, dan K3) masing-masing kelompok 4 ekor domba. Kelompok 1 yaitu penambahan sodium bicarbonat P1 1,5%. Kelompok 2 yaitu tanpa penambahan sodium bicarbonat P0 0%. Kelompok 3 penambahan sodium bicarbonat P2 3%. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis variansi RAL pola searah dengan perbedaan penambahan kadar buffer sebagai perlakuan dengan masing-masing perlakuan mempunyai 4 ulangan. Hasil analisis statistik penambahan buffer pada pakan fermentasi berbasis ampas tahu berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap lama kebuntingan dan pertumbuhan bobot badan cempe. Lama bunting P0, P1 dan P2 berturut-turut adalah 143,25±3,59; 147,00±1,63, 156,75±9,98 hari. Pertambahan bobot badan harian P0, P1 dan P2 cempe berturut-turut adalah 49,78±5,05; 79,11±13,35 dan 63,11±8,88 g/ekor/hari. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan sodium bicarbonat pada pakan silase konsentrat ampas tahu pada domba bunting pada level 1,5 dan 3% berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertambahan bobot badan harian cempe dan lama bunting domba ekor tipis yang diberi pakan jerami kacang tanah. ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to examine the effect of sodium bicarbonate on feed fermentation concentrate tofu waste on the long gestation and growth of kid lambs preweaning were include the body weight, body length, circumference of the body, and the width of the chest. Livestock used is thin tail sheep pregnant females totaled 12 tails were divided into three groups (K1, K2, and K3) each group of four sheep. Group 1, with additional of sodium bicarbonate 1.5% P1. Group 2, without the additional of sodium bicarbonate P0 0%. Group 3 with additional of 3% sodium bicarbonate P2. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance CRD One-Way Anova with the addition of differences levels of buffer as treatments with each treatment had 4 replications. Results showed that the dry matter, crude protein and TDN did not significantly affected on the consumption. Results of statistical analysis on the addition of buffer feed concentrate fermentation tofu waste was affect (P<0.05) to the long gestation and growth of body weight kid lamb. Average of pregnancy periode for P0, P1 and P2 were 143.25±3.59; 147.00±1.63, and 156.75±9.98 day, respectively. Average of daily weight gain (ADG) for P0, P1 and P2 kids lamb were 49.78±5.05; 79.11±13.35 and 63.11±8.88 g/head/day, respectively. Based on the study, it can be concluded that the addition of sodium bicarbonate in the silage feed concentrate tofu waste on pregnant sheep in level 1,5 and 3% is affect on average of daily weight gain and pregnancy periode of lambs thin-tailed sheep feed hay peanuts.
