PERBANDINGAN PSYCHOMETRIC PROPERTIES KUESIONER KUALITAS HIDUP EQ-5D-3L DAN EQ-5D-5L PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI DI KOTA YOGYAKARTA DAN KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Salah satu instrumen generik untuk pengukuran nilai utility kualitas hidup yang banyak digunakan adalah Euro Quality of Life (EQ-5D), yang saat ini tersedia dalam 2 versi yaitu EQ-5D-3L dan EQ-5D-5L. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memvalidasi versi kuesioner EQ-5D yang lebih sesuai dalam menggambarkan kualitas hidup pasien hipertensi di Kota Yogyakarta dan Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Subjek penelitian adalah pasien terdiagnosis hipertensi primer yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi selama periode penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei kuesioner menggunakan instrument baku EQ-5D versi 3L dan 5L, yang didahului dengan pengisian data demografi pasien. Respon yang diperoleh pada EQ-5D-3L dibandingkan dengan EQ-5D-5L kemudian dianalisis menggunakan psychometric properties menggunakan analisis nilai ICC untuk uji agreement, analisis nilai Cronbach alpha untuk uji internal consistency, pengukuran ceiling effect, serta analisis korelasi Spearman untuk uji convergent validity. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran psychometric properties EQ-5D-5L yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan EQ-5D-3L untuk pasien hipertensi di Kota Yogyakarta dan Kabupaten Sleman dengan nilai ICC 0.816, Cronbach alpha 0.713, nilai Spearman rho 0.643 dan adanya tren penurunan pada ceiling effect.

One of the generic instruments for utility measurement in quality of life that is widely used is Euro Quality of Life (EQ-5D), which currently available in two versions namely EQ-5D-3L and EQ-5D-5L. The purpose of the research was to validate which one of the questionnaire versions of EQ-5D that is more appropriate in describing the quality of life of hypertensive patients in Yogyakarta City and Sleman Regency. This research is observational study with cross-sectional approach. Subject is the patients with primer hypertension diagnosed that meets the criteria of inclusion during the research period. Data collection is done with the survey questionnaire using the EQ-5D-3L and EQ-5D-5L instrument version, which was preceded by the demographic data of the patient. The response is retrieved on the EQ-5D-3L compared to EQ-5D-5L then analyzed using psychometric properties by analyzed the value the ICC agreement, Cronbach alpha value analysis for internal consistency test, measurement of ceiling effect, also an analysis of the Spearman rho correlation for convergent validity test. The research results shows that psychometric properties of EQ-5D-5L better compared to the EQ-5D-3L for hypertensive patients in Yogyakarta City and Sleman Regency to the value of the ICC 0,816, Cronbach alpha 0,713, Spearman rho 0,643 and the presence of a trend decline on a ceiling effect.
