PENGARUH TATA KELOLA PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh dari tata kelola perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Hal ini akan memudahkan investor dalam melakukan penyusunan portofolio mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda dan uji korelasi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah hanya jumlah komisaris, jumlah komisaris independen, dan komposisi komisaris independen yang dapat menjelaskan kebijakan dividen. Informasi ini akan berguna bagi para investor yang mempunyai orientasi terhadap pembagian dividen dalam memilih saham-saham. Meskipun demikian, perlu dipahami bahwa penelitian ini masih memiliki beberapa kelemahan dan perlu studi lebih lanjut. Antara lain dengan memperpanjang tahun penelitian dan memperbanyak sampel penelitian.

The research aims to find the influence of corporate governance on dividend policy. It will help the investor when looking for the best portfolio. In so doing, it has used secondary data. The tool of analysis are linear multiple regression and multiple correlation. The research results is only board of commissioner, independent commissioner, and composition of independent commissioner that relevant on dividend policy. This might be useful for dividend oriented investors to help them make a choice. However, it should be understood that the research still has weakness. In other words, the research variables need to be studied deeper, at least its time series data by adding the number of years to be included and number of samples used.
