SISTEM INFORMASI PENDAFTARAN DIKLAT BALAI BESAR PELATIHAN PETERNAKAN BATU

Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas hasil peternakan di Indonesia, pemerintah berusaha meningkatkan pengetahuan sumber daya manusia di kalangan aparatur (instansi pemerintah) atau non aparatur (kalangan masyarakat/swasta). Di Balai Besar Pelatihan Peternakan (BBPP Batu), program pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di bidang peternakan. Perwakilan dari organisasi (koordinator) datang langsung ke BBPP Batu untuk mendaftarkan diklat padahal mereka banyak yang berasal dari luar kota batu bahkan luar pulau Jawa. Dari permasalahan diatas, maka dibangun sistem informasi pendaftaran diklat berbasis web dengan framework Codeigniter, yang dapat mempermudah, mengefisiensikan waktu dan lebih hemat ongkos, sehingga koordinator tidak perlu datang ke BBPP dengan membawa berkas calon peserta, cukup dengan mengakses web pendaftaran diklat mereka sudah tercatat datanya sebagai calon peserta diklat di BBPP Batu. Melalui sistem, pekerjaan koordinator menjadi dipermudah dan efisien dengan tidak mendaftarkan langsung calon peserta diklat ke BBPP, Admin dari pihak BBPP Batu juga merasakan bahwa sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efektifitas pekerjaan mereka, dan hasil atau keluaran dari sistem yang berupa laporan diklat, peserta, fasilitator, dan koordinator juga sangat membantu dalam proses evaluasi di BBPP Batu bidang kediklatan. To improve the quality of the livestock in Indonesia, the Government is trying to improve the knowledge of human resources among agencies (Government agencies) or non agencies (the public/private agencies). In Balai Besar Pelatihan Peternakan (BBPP) Batu, believe that education and training program can improve the quality of human resources in the livestock industry. A representative from the organization (coordinator) directly comes to BBPP Batu to register for training, however, there are so many of them who come from outside Batu city or even outside of Java Island. From it is problem, The writer then built a system of training registration information system web based with code igniter framework, that can make easier, effectiveness and cheaper or low budget, because the coordinator does not need to come to BBPP with bringing the file of participant, simply by accessing the web registration training and follow the procedures. And automatically they have recorded data as a training participant in BBPP Batu. Through this system, the work of the coordinator being easy and effective by not registering to training of the participant directly to BBPP. Administrator of BBPP Batu also felt that this system can improve the effectiveness of their work, and the result or outputs from the system in the form of training reports, training participants, facilitators, and also coordinators are very helpful in the process of evaluation in BBPP Batu in the Training and Education Subsection.
