Laporan Tugas Akhir ini membahas mengenai pengelolaan arsip dinamis aktif di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Proses pengelolaan arsip dimulai dari proses penciptaan sampai proses penyusutan. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan mengenai pengelolaan arsip dinamis aktif di Fakulaltas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Metode pegumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi pustaka, observasi partisipasi dan wawancara. Studi pustaka berguna untuk mengumpulkan sumbersumber, literatur dan buku-buku yang terkait dengan pengelolaan arsip dinamis aktif. Metode yang kedua yaitu observasi dan partisipasi merupakan pengamatan dan ikut berpartisipasi secara langung agar lebih mengetahui bagaimana keadaan yang sebenarnya di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNSOED. Metode yang terakhir yaitu melakukan wawancara atau tanya jawab dengan para pegawai di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNSOED. Metode wawancara ini termasuk metode untuk melengkapi data-data yang belum lengkap dan menjadikan data-data yang diperoleh lebih akurat dan kredibel. Kesimpulan dari Laporan Tugas Akhir ini, bahwa di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNSOED secara umum telah melakukan pengelolaan arsip dinamis aktif dengan baik dan sesuai dengan pedoman. Tetapi, masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu untuk dibenahi kembali. Hal tersebut terkait dengan tidak adanya daftar arsip aktif, berita acara untuk kegiatan pemindahan dan kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkompeten di bidang Kearsipan.

This final report is discuss about the managing of active records in the Faculty of Economics and Bussiness, Jendral Soedirman University. Archive managing process is start from creation until disposal. The purpose of this final report is to know and explain about the managing of active records in the Faculty of Economics and Bussiness, Jendral Soedirman University. Data collection method that used in this final report is literature review, observation and participation, and interview. Literature review is helpful to collected sources, literature, and books that related with managing active records. The second method is observation and participation that is observation and directly participation in Faculty of Economics and Bussiness, Jendral Soedirman University so can get to know more about how is the true condition in Faculty of Economics and Bussiness, Jendral Soedirman University. Interview is method for complete the missing data and make that obtained data is more accurate and credible. The conclusion from this final report is that generally in Faculty of Economics and Bussiness, Jendral Soedirman University has been done the managing of active records well and in accordance with the guidelines. But there is a few things that need to be fixed. That matters is related to there is no list of active records, news agenda for transfer activities, and lack of skilled human resources in field archives.
