PENGARUH INFRASTRUKTUR TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI KALIMANTAN TENGAH TAHUN 2005-2015

Penyediaan infrastruktur menjadi amanat RPJPN tahun 2005-2025 dan arah kebijakan umum pembangunan nasional tahun 2015-2019. Kenaikan dana untuk infrastruktur yang setiap tahun selalu meningkat menjadikan infrastruktur faktor penting dalam pembangunan. Namun, dilihat dari daya saing insfrastruktur Indonesia justru mengalami penurunan tahun 2015. Pulau Kalimantan merupakan salah satu pulau yang mendapatkan dana pembangunan megaproyek infrastruktur terbesar. Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah merupakan salah satu provinsi di Pulau Kalimantan dengan angka pertumbuhan ekonomi terbesar di Kalimantan, sedangkan kondisi infrastruktur yang masih kurang dibandingkan provinsi lainnya di Kalimantan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh infrastruktur terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi kalimantan Tengah. Data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi dengan data panel. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah infrastruktur air berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, infrastruktur listrik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan infrastruktur panjang jalan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kata kunci: pertumbuhan ekonomi, infrastruktur jalan, infrastruktur listrik, infrastruktur air.

Provision of infrastructure mandated by the RPJPN of 2005-2025 and the general direction of national development policies in 2015-2019. The increase in funds for infrastructure every year is always increasing infrastructure make important factor in development. However, judging from the competitiveness of Indonesian infrastructure declined in 2015. The island of Borneo is one of the islands that get the largest infrastructure mega project development fund. Central Kalimantan Province is a province on Borneo island with the greatest economic growth rates in Kalimantan, while the condition of the infrastructure is still lacking compared to other provinces in Kalimantan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of infrastructure on economic growth Regency / City Central Kalimantan Province. Data of this research is secondary data. The analysis tool used is regression with panel data. The results of this study are water infrastructure is significant positive effect on economic growth, electricity infrastructure is significant positive effect on economic growth and the length of road infrastructure is significant negative effect on economic growth Keywords: economic growth, road infrastructure, electricity infrastructure, water infrastructure.
