ANALISIS MODEL SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PADA PT. ASELI DAGADU DJOGJA

PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja memiliki permasalahan pada sistem supply chain yaitu keterlambatan mitra, kapasitas WIP yang tidak dimaksimalkan penggunaannya, serta backlog produksi yang selalu saja tidak terpenuhi. Hal ini membuat atmosfer kerja antara divisi marketing dengan divisi produksi menjadi tidak baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memetakan proses produksi yang sekarang ada untuk mengidentifikasi aktifitas supply chain beserta permasalahan-permasalahan yang muncul. Dari pengidentifikasian tersebut diharapkan mampu ditemukan solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang timbul pada proses supply chain PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. Dalam proses identifikasi aktifitas supply chain, peneliti menerapkan prinsip system dinamis untuk menggambarkan aliran produk mulai dari bahan baku hingga produk jadi. Selanjutnya adalah menyusun beberapa skenario untuk memenuhi backlog produksi dari permintaan marketing tersebut. Skenario-skenario yang dirancang ke dalam sistem antaralain memaksimalkan penggunaan kapasitas WIP, menambah mitra baru, menambah kapasitas produksi WIP, dan menambah moving ticket pada WIP. Hasil penelitian dari penerapan skenario-skenario diatas adalah backlog produksi akan terpenuhi dan tidak akan menyisakan backlog untuk tahun depan. Hasil penelitian ini akan membuat kinerja divisi produksi akan semakin baik dan tidak akan ada lagi perselisihan antara divisi pemasaran dengan produksi.

PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja have problems on systems that supply chain partner delays, WIP capacity is not maximized its use, as well as the production backlog that is always not met. Backlog of production here comes from the marketing division requests were not met. This makes the working atmosphere between the marketing division with the division of production becomes good. The purpose of this study is to map production process that now exists to identify supply chain activities at PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja along with problems that arise. From the identification is expected to find solutions to overcome the problems that arise in the supply chain process PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. In the process of identification of supply chain activities at PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja, researchers applied the principle of a dynamic system to describe the flow of products ranging from raw materials to finished products. The next is to develop multiple scenarios to meet the backlog of production of the marketing demand. The scenarios are designed into the system WIP antaralain maximize capacity utilization, add new partners, increase the production capacity WIP, and add moving ticket at WIP. Results of research by applying the above scenarios showed that when PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja maximize the capacity of WIP into 4500 pcs / month, and then continued by adding new partners with the capacity of 273 pcs / month, and then add capacity WIP into 6750 pcs / month, up to then increase the number of moving ticket for 1717 pcs / month. Then the backlog of production will be met and it will not leave backlog for next year.
