Objectives : To understand the effect of different resuscitation level with gastrointestinal disorders in patients with neonatal asphyxia. Method : This study is an observational analytic study from primary data, with prospective cohort design on Asphyxiated Neonates. Research is conducted in dr. Sardjito Hospital, Yogyakarta. Population target is neonatal asphyxia patient. The data is taken by consecutive sampling methods using modified SEARO form. The data are analyzed using Fischer exact and Stratified analysis method. Result : Analysis of Resuscitation Level with the occurrence of Gastrointestinal disorder shows p value of 1.000 which is interpret as there is no significant relation between resuscitation level with the occurrence of gastrointestinal disorder. The study also shows gastrointestinal disorder occur more frequent in neonates who receive resuscitation up to PPV compared to higher level resuscitation. Conclusion : There is no significant relation between resuscitation level with gastrointestinal disorder in patients with neonatal asphyxia.
