Feasibility Study on Arthaloka Tower development at Central Jakarta done by location analysis, market analysis and financial analysis to the project development so that the obtained conclussion that is the project feasible to develop.. In this research, data to be analyzed consist of primary data and secondary data. primary data covering direct observation to land to be developed, topography, footprint, accessibility, and utility. Secondary data consist of PT. Prodeva Dubels Energy report who conduct the property rental study at Jakarta and government agencies at Jakarta. Based on this research can be concluded that Arthaloka Tower Development is feasible to develop based on sources result, direct observation and comparison from other property and based on financial parameter. /Analisis Kelayakan pada pembangunan Menara Arthaloka di Jakarta Pusat dilakukan dengan cara analisis tapak, pasar dan finansial terhadap proyek yang dikembangkan sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan apakah proyek tersebut layak atau tidak layak untuk dikembangkan. Dalam penelitian ini, data yang akan dianalisis terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer meliputi data observasi langsung ke lahan yang akan dikembangkan, topografi, tapak dari lokasi serta kemudahan akses untuk menjangkau lokasi proyek, sedangkan data fisik yang meliputi ukuran, bentuk tapak, topografi, utilitas dan lain-lain diperoleh melalui observasi langsung. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan PT. Prodeva Dubels Energy yang melakukan kajian sewa property di Jakarta serta instansi-instansi pemerintah di Jakarta. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa Proyek Pembangunan Menara Arthaloka ini layak untuk dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari observasi langsung dan perbandingan properti sejenis di sekitar proyek serta berdasarkan parameter finansial yang ada.
