HUBUNGAN ANTARA KELENGKAPAN DIAGNOSA UTAMA DENGAN AKURASI KODE ICD 10 PADA PASIEN BEDAH RAWAT INAP BPJS DI RSUD KOTA SALATIGA

Latar Belakang: Akurasi kode merupakan dasar dari klaim BPJS sehingga ada kemungkinan adanya kesalahan sehingga merugikan atau bahkan menguntungkan bagi Rumah Sakit.. Tujuan: Mengetahui ada/ tidak hubungan antara kelengkapan diagnosa utama dengan akurasi kode ICD 10 pada pasien bedah rawat inap BPJS (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial) terhadap Akurasi Kode ICD-10 di RSUD Kota Salatiga Periode Januari 2016 Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik dengan metode observasional dan rancangan cross-sectional. Hasil: Hasil analisis deskriptip menunjukkan bahwa prosentase dokumen utama yang masuk dalam kategori lengkap sebesar 99,0%. Sedangkan dari segi akurasi kode ICD 10 yang masuk dalam kategori akurat sebesar 91,2%. Hasil analisis bivarat diperoleh bahwa persentase kode ICD 10 dalam kategori akurat dengan dokumen utama lengkap sebesar 91,1%, persentase kode ICD 10 dalam kategori akurat dengan dokumen utama tidak lengkap sebesar 100%, persentase kode ICD 10 dalam kategori tidak akurat dengan dokumen utama tidak lengkap sebesar 8,9%, persentase kode ICD 10 dalam kategori tidak akurat dengan dokumen utama lengkap sebesar 0,0%. Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan antara kelengkapan diagnose utama dengan akurasi kode ICD 10 pada pasien bedah rawat inap BPJS (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial) terhadap Akurasi Kode ICD-10 di RSUD Kota Salatiga Periode Januari 2016

Background: The accuracy of the code is the basis of the claim BPJS so that there is the possibility of error to the detriment or even favorable to the Hospital .. Objective: To determine the presence / no connection between the main diagnostic feature with ICD 10 code accuracy in surgical patients hospitalized BPJS (Social Security Agency) to the ICD-10 Code Accuracy in Salatiga City Hospital Period January 2016 Methods: This type of research is observational analytical research methods and cross-sectional design. Results: The descriptive analysis showed that the percentage of primary documents that fall into the category of 99.0% complete. In terms of the accuracy of ICD 10 codes that fall into the category of 91.2% accurate. Bivarat analysis results showed that the percentage of ICD 10 code categories with the main document accurately complete by 91.1%, the percentage of ICD 10 codes in accurate categories with the main document is not complete at 100%, the percentage of ICD 10 codes in the category is not accurate with the main document is not full of 8.9%, the percentage of ICD 10 codes in the category is not accurate to complete the main document of 0.0%.
