KONTINUITAS SIMPEL (SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PENGADAAN LANGSUNG) DI UGM BERDASARKAN MODEL KONFIRMASI HARAPAN DAN KOMPETENSI PENGGUNA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi pengguna dalam model konfirmasi harapan. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data 102 responden dari pengguna SIMPEL UGM dan Partial Least Square dipilih sebagai alat untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pengguna berpengaruh dalam model konfirmasi harapan. Hubungan semua variabel dalam model konfirmasi harapan adalah positif dan signifikan, kecuali kepuasaan pengguna yang berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap intensi melanjutkan penggunaan. Model konfirmasi harapan dan kompetensi pengguna sangat mendukung kontinuitas SIMPEL UGM, dengan catatan bahwa tingkat kompetensi dan konsistensi pengguna yang baik. Selain itu kinerja SIMPEL UGM harus memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Upaya perbaikan kinerja SIMPEL dimasa mendatang diarahkan dengan pendekatan yang berbeda agar dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pengguna.

This study aimed to examine the effect of the user competence in the expectation confirmation model. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 102 respondent's user of SIMPEL UGM and Partial Least Square (PLS) was chosen as a tool for testing hypotheses. The result of the study indicate that the user competence gives a significant effect in the expectation confirmation model. Relationships of all variables in the expectation confirmation model was positive and significant, except the user satisfaction was not significant effect on the continuance intention. Expectation confirmation model and user competence to support the continuity SIMPEL UGM, with a note that the level of competence and consistency of the good. In addition, UGM SIMPEL performance must meet the needs of user's. SIMPEL performance improvement efforts directed towards the future with a different approach in order to improve the competence of the user.
