Hubungan Umur Dengan Kejadian Hipoalbuminemia Pada Pasien Stroke Di RSUP DR. Sardjito Yogyakarta

Latar belakang: Stroke saat ini menjadi penyebab kematian dan kecacatan terbanyak di seluruh dunia, baik di negara berkembang maupun negara maju. Stroke secara umum merupakan penyebab kematian nomor 2 setelah penyakit jantung, terhitung 11,8% total kematian di seluruh dunia. Albumin manusia adalah protein multifungsi yang bersifat neuroprotektif. Hipoalbuminemia sering dijumpai pada pasien lanjut usia. Hipoalbuminemia terjadi pada lebih dari 19% pasien stroke dan pasien stroke sendiri sebagian besar berumur >65 tahun sehingga diduga ada keterkaitan antara umur dengan kejadian hipoalbuminemia pada pasien stroke. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara umur dengan kejadian hipoalbuminemia pada pasien stroke di RSUP Dr. Sardjito Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectionaal retrospektif untuk mengetahui hubungan antara umur dengan kejadian hipoalbuminemia pada pasien stroke di RSUP Dr. Sardjito. Semua data yang dimasukkan dalam penelitian ialah data rekam medis pasien unit stroke RSUP Dr. Sardjito dengan diagnosis stroke yang rawat inap di RSUP Dr. Sardjito antara bulan Januari 2014 sampai dengan Desember 2015 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Terdapat sekitar 195 data yang diteliti. Besar sampel minimum dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus besar sampel untuk data nominal sampel tunggal. Hasil: Karakteristik dasar subjek penelitian digolongkan menjadi beberapa bagian berdasarkan parameter yang dilihat yaitu jenis kelamin, umur, status albumin, dan jenis stroke yang diderita, lalu masing-masing parameter memiliki persentase yang berbeda. Jumlah pasien hipoalbuminemia pada umur <50 tahun sebanyak 9 pasien, umur 50-80 tahun sebanyak 29 pasien dan umur >80 tahun sebanyak 6 pasien. Berdasarkan uji korelasi Cramer's didapatkan nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,025 < α ± (0,05) artinya ada hubungan antara umur dengan kejadian hipoalbuminemia pada pasien stroke di RSUP Dr. Sardjito Kesimpulan: ada hubungan antara umur dengan kejadian hipoalbuminemia pada pasien stroke di RSUP Dr. Sardjito dimana semakin bertambah umur maka semakin tinggi kejadian hipoalbuminemia pada pasien stroke

Background: Stroke is one of the leading causes of mortality and morbidity in the world, either in developed and in developing countries. Stroke is the second common cause of death after cardiovascular disease, from 11,8% of all mortalities in the world. Human albumin is a multifunction protein with a neuroprotective effect. Hypoalbuminemia frequently happened in old patient. Hypoalbuminemia happened in more than 19% stroke patients and mostly they are more than 65 years old. It is assumed that age and hypoalbuminemia events of stroke patients correlate each other. Objective: To know the correlation between age and hypoalbuminemia events of stroke patients in RSUP Dr. Sardjito. Method: This research used retrospective cross-sectional design to know the correlation between age and hypoalbuminemia events of stroke patients in RSUP Dr. Sardjito. All data included in this research were medical records of Stroke Unit's patients who were diagnosed with stroke in inpatient care of RSUP Dr. Sardjito from January 2104 until December 2015 which fulfilled the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. There were approximately 195 data being observed in this research. Minimum sample size calculated using the formula of sample size for single sampling nominal data. Result: Basic characteristics of research subjects categorized into several parts based on particular parameter which are gender, age, albumin status, and stroke type. Each parameter had different percentage. The amount of hypoalbuminemia patients with age under 50 years old are 50 patients, age between 50-80 years old are 29 patients while age above 80 years old are 6 patients. Based on Cramer's test result showed that the significancy value is 0,025 < α ± (0,05) which means there is a correlation between age and hypoalbuminemia events of stroke patients in RSUP Dr. Sardjito. Conclusion: There is a correlation between age and hypoalbuminemia events of stroke patients in RSUP Dr. Sardjito where increasing age will increasing hypoalbuminemia events of stroke patients
