Efikasi Kolektif Penyuluh Anti Narkoba: Studi Kasus pada Satgas PINK Kelurahan Sorosutan RW 06 Yogyakarta

Efikasi kolektif menekankan pentingnya keyakinan individu atau komunitas terhadap kemampuannya dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang dihadapi untuk kepentingan kolektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dinamika efikasi kolektif warga yang menjadi penyuluh anti narkoba, faktor yang memengaruhi efikasi kolektif dan dampaknya bagi perilaku pencegahan narkoba. Penyuluh anti narkoba yang berasal dari warga dipilih karena secara normatif tugas pemberantasan narkoba bukan kewajiban mereka sehingga hal ini berhubungan dengan efikasi kolektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Responden penelitian adalah empat orang penyuluh dan tiga informan crosscheck. Penggalian data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya efikasi kolektif pada keempat responden. Indikatornya, keempat responden memiliki tema-tema umum yang membentuk efikasi kolektif yaitu; penguasaan pengalaman dan permasalahan, berbagi keyakinan, figur panutan dan dukungan sosial. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa penyuluh memiliki kebutuhan yang sama yaitu; peningkatan kompetensi dalam bidang penyuluhan dan penguatan dukungan dari sesama rekan penyuluh. Karena kedua sumber efikasi tersebut tidak kunjung meningkat, responden kemudian mengembangkan dua sumber alternatif efikasi yaitu; religiusitas kolektif dan harapan kolektif. Dengan cara tersebut, responden tetap dapat memelihara efikasi kolektif mereka. Sementara itu, terdapat tiga faktor yang memengaruhi efikasi penyuluh yaitu; faktor individu, faktor perilaku dan faktor lingkungan. Dari ketiga faktor tersebut, faktor perilaku (kinerja) dipandang sebagai faktor yang perlu dioptimalkan untuk menguatkan efikasi kolektif. Adapun dampak dari adanya efikasi kolektif, para responden merasa kepedulian mereka terhadap penyelesaian persoalan narkoba lebih meningkat dibandingkan sebelumnya.

Emphasize the importance of collective efficacy belief of individuals or communities against their ability to carry out the collective tasks. This study aimed to describe the dynamics of collective efficacy citizens who are anti-drug extension, factors that affect the collective efficacy and implications for the behavior of drug prevention. Extension Agent anti-drug derived from the citizens selected for a normative task of eradicating drugs instead of their obligations so that it is related to collective efficacy. This study uses qualitative research with case study approach. Respondents were four counselors and two informants crosscheck. Extracting data use interviews and observation. The results showed the existence of collective efficacy in the fourth respondent. The indicators, fourth of respondents have common themes that make up the collective efficacy that is; mastery experiences and issues, share beliefs, figure role model and social support. These four sources of synergy and manifested in the agency with their anti-drug counselor. The results also show that the extension has the same needs, namely; increased competence in the field of education and strengthening the support of fellow educator. Since both the source of the efficacy of not being increased, respondents then developed two alternative sources of efficacy, namely; collective religiosity and collective expectations. In this way, the respondent can still maintain their collective efficacy. In addition, the results showed that there are three factors that influence the efficacy of extension that is; individual factors, behavioral factors and environmental factors. Of these three factors, behavioral factors (performance) are seen as a factor that needs to be optimized to strengthen collective efficacy. As for the impact of their collective efficacy, the respondents felt increasing awareness of environmental conditions and gain extra energy in conducting anti-drug prevention.
