HUBUNGAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI DENGAN KECEMASAN MENGHADAPI MASA DEPAN PADA SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN GOMBONG

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti hubungan antara kepercayanan diri dengan kecemasan menghadapi masa depan siswa dan siswi pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Gombong. Data dikumpulkan dari 120 murid yang berada di kelas 12. Instrumen untuk pengumpulan data adalah skala kecemasan menghadapi masa depan dan skala kepercayaan diri. Korelasi Product Moment Pearson yang digunakan untuk menganalisa data. Hasil menunjukan bahwa kepercayaan diri memiliki korelasi negatif yang signifikan terhadap kecemasan menghadapi masa depan pada siswa dan siswi kelas 12 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Gombong dengan koefisien korelasi r= - 0,429 (p<0,01)

The aims of the study was to examine relationship between self-confidence with anxiety on facing the future on students self Gombong Vocational High School. Data weas collected from 120 students of Grade 12 Gombong Vocational High School. Instruments used for data collection were the Anxiety on Facing the Future Scale and the Self- Confidence Scale. Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation were used to analyze the data. Result showed that Self-Confidence has significant negativ correlation with anxiety of future students with correlation coefficient r = - 0,429 (p<0,01)
