NILAI PASAR RIG PENGEBORAN PADA TANGGAL 20 AGUSTUS 2014 (Kasus: RIG CROWN LTO-750 HP)

Peneliti ini bertujuan menganalisis Rig Pengeboran CROWN LTO-750 hp pada tanggal 20 Agustus 2014. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperkirakan nilai pasar aset pada tanggal penilaian untuk Internal Manajemen dan perusahaan bisa merencanakan pembelian rig pengeboran dengan tepat. Berdasarkan teori, pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penilaian aset tersebut adalah pendekatan biaya dengan metode Depreciated Replacement Cost (DRC). Penilaian aset tersebut dengan metode Depreciated Replacement Cost (DRC) telah digunakan untuk menentukan indikasi nilai dengan menghitung Biaya Reproduksi Baru atau Biaya Pengganti Baru dari aset dikurangi dengan penyusutan fisik dan segala bentuk keusangan, nilai pasar aset pada 20 Agustus 2014 adalah Rp. 110.002.000.000,00

In this study, researchers analyze Drilling Rig CROWN LTO-750 hp on August, 20td 2014. The aim of this study was to estimate the market value of the asset on the valuation date for the Internal Management and the company can plan the purchase of drilling rigs appropriately. Based on the theory, approach has been used of the asset on the valuation was cost approach with Depreciated Replacement Cost (DRC) method. The asset valuation with Depreciated Replacement Cost (DRC) method has been used to determine the indication of value by calculating Reproduction Cost New or Replacement Cost New of assets less physical depreciation and any of obsolescence, the market value of the assets on August 20td, 2014 is Rp.110,002,000,000,00 .
