PENEGAKAN DISIPLIN PADA KALANGAN PELAJAR OLEH SEKOLAH SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN BULLYING DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS NEGERI DI KABUPATEN PURWOREJO

2016 | Skripsi | S1 PENDIDIKAN DOKTERLatar belakang: Bullying di sekolah semakin meningkat di dunia, termasuk indonesia. Bullying dapat dilakukan secara verbal, psikologis, dan fisik. Beberapa penelitian menunjukan tindakan bullying di sekolah seperti penganiayan menyebabkan pelajar di sekolah dikeluarkan. Oleh karena itu, penegakan disiplin di sekolah sangat penting, untuk mengikat seorang anak agar tidak terjadi perilaku menyimpang. Penegakan disiplin di masing-masing sekolah berbeda tergantung kualitas sekolah dan banyak faktor lainnya. Tujuan: Mengetahui penegakan disiplin di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Purworejo dan kejadian bullying pada pelajar di Kabupaten Purworejo. Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah observational dengan desain penelitian potong lintang analitik. Data yang dibandingkan adalah adalah penegakan disiplin di sekolah dilihat dari pelaksanaan peraturan sekolah dengan bullying yang dibagi berdasarkan tipe-tipenya. Subjek adalah remaja berusia 14-18 tahun yang mengisi kuesioner. Data penelitian mengolah variable terikat dan variable bebas menggunakan uji analisis multivariat. Hasil: Dari 193 subjek penelitian, ditemukan 48,5% pernah mengalami bullying dan 36,8% pernah melakukan bullying. Dari analisis multivariat, penegakan disiplin tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap bullying. Kesimpulan: Penegakan disiplin di sekolah tidak dapat menjadi upaya untuk pencegahan bullying di sekolah. Kata kunci: bullying, disiplin, sekolah, pelajar.
Background: Bullying at school is increasing in the world, including in Indonesia. Bullying can be verbally, psychologically and physically. Some research shows that bullying at school such as persecution causes the student at school dropped out. That is why disciplinary enforcement for student at school is very important to to bind them to prevent deviant behavior. Enforcement of discipline in each school is different depending on the quality of schools and many other factors. Objective: To determine disciplinary enforcement at senior high school in Purworejo and bullying case on students in Purworejo. Methods: The study was observational with cross sectional analytic study design. Data comparison is disciplinary enforcement in the school from the implementation of school rules with bullying which divided by its type. Subject are tenagers aged 14-18 who filled out questionnaires. The research data processing dependent variable and independent variables using multivariate alisis exam. Results: From 193 research subjects, found 48.5% had experienced bullying and 36.8% had been doing the bullying. From multivariate analysis, discipline does not significantly affect the bullying. Conclusion: Enforcement of discipline in schools can not be efforts to prevent bullying in schools. Keywords: bullying, discipline, school, student.
