DESKRIPSI KASUS PENGANIAYAAN YANG DIMINTAKAN VISUM et REPERTUM DI RSUP DR. SOERADJI TIRTONEGORO KLATEN 2014-2016

Latar Belakang: Angka kejadian penganiayaan di Indonesia periode 2010 - 2014 cenderung mengalami peningkatan. Kabupaten Klaten menjadi salah satu daerah dengan tingkat penganiayaan tertinggi di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kasus penganiayaan yang dimintakan Visum et Repertum di RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten 2014-2016. Metode: Penelitian ini berupa penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan desain potong lintang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Instalasi Catat Medik RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengobservasi data kasus penganiayaan yang tercatat pada Visum et Repertum periode Januari 2014 � Maret 2016. Hasil: Sebanyak 79.82% korban laki-laki, sebanyak 43.12% korban usia 22-40 tahun, sebanyak 63.3% persebaran luka pada kepala, sebanyak 100% pelaku data tidak ditemukan, sebanyak 75.2% korban berasal dari Resor Klaten, sebanyak 37.6% waktu kejadian pada pukul 18.01 - 24.00, sebanyak 79.8% jenis penganiayaan tidak terdapat data, sebanyak 83.6% benda tumpul sebagai alat penganiayaan. Kesimpulan: Dominasi korban penganiayaan adalah jenis kelamin pria, usia korban 22-40 tahun, distribusi luka kepala, pelaku tidak diketahui, asal korban dari Kepolisian Resor Klaten, waktu kejadian pukul 18.01 - 24.00, jenis penganiayaan tidak dapat disimpulkan, dan alat penganiayaan benda tumpul.

Background: The incidence of violence in Indonesia period 2014 - 2015 tends to increase. Klaten district becomes one of the highest number of violence in Central Java Objective: This study aims to describe violence cases that requested a Visum et Repertum in RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten 2014-2016. Method: This study was descriptive research in the form of observational with cross sectional design. This study was conducted in Installation of Medical Record RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. This study was conducted by observing data of violence cases that was recorded on Visum et Repertum period January 2014 � March 2016. Result: A total of 79.82% are male victims, as many as 43.12% of those aged 22-40 years, as many as 63.3% distribution of injuries to the head, as many as 100% of perpetrators data is unknown, as many as 75.2% of the victims came from Klaten resort, as many as 37.6% at time of incident 18.01 - 24.00, as many as 79.8% data of type of violence is not found, as many as 83.6% of blunt force as a tool of violence. Conclusion: Dominance of violence of victims are male. Victims age of violence are mostly in 22-40 years. Distribution of injuries mostly in the head. Perpetrators of acts of violence entirely unknown. Cases of violence occurred in the area of Police Klaten. The most common incidents of violence occurred at 18.01 - 24.00. Type the highest violence is not known. The most used tool of violence is a blunt instrument.
