PENGARUH LIBERALISASI PERDAGANGAN TERHADAP EKSPOR ASEAN - US : PENDEKATAN GRAVITY MODEL, 2006 - 2015

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh liberalisasi perdagangan antara ASEAN dengan US terhadap ekspor ASEAN dan ekspor US dengan menggunakan pendekatan gravity model. Liberalisasi perdagangan diukur dengan rasio openness terhadap total ekspor negara ASEAN dan US. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data panel annual yang terdiri dari sepuluh negara anggota ASEAN dan negara US pada periode tahun 2006 sampai 2015. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan metode random effect yang diolah dengan menggunakan Program Eviews 9. Hasil yang didapat dari estimasi model ASEAN yaitu variabel openness negara ASEAN terhadap US berpengaruh positif terhadap ekspor ASEAN. Variabel openness US terhadap ASEAN tidak signifikan mempengaruhi ekspor ASEAN. Hasil dari estimasi model US menunjukkan variabel openness ASEAN terhadap US tidak berpengaruh terhadap ekspor US. Variabel openness US terhadap ASEAN berpengaruh positif terhadap ekspor US. Dari dua model estimasi terbukti bahwa liberalisasi perdagangan ASEAN - US berpengaruh terhadap ekspor ASEAN dan ekspor US

This study aimed to analyze the impact of trade liberalization between ASEAN and US against exports of ASEAN and US export using gravity models approach. The liberalization of trade openness is measured by the ratio of the total exports of ASEAN countries and US. The data used are annual panel data consisting of the ten ASEAN member countries and US states in the period 2006 to 2015. The analysis used in this study is panel data regression analysis using random effect were processed using Eviews Program 9. The results of the estimation ASEAN models is the variable openness ASEAN countries against the US positive influence on ASEAN exports. US openness toward ASEAN variables did not significantly affect ASEAN exports. Results of the estimation US model shows the openness variable ASEAN against US no effect on US exports. Variable US openness toward ASEAN positive effect on US exports. Of the two models of the estimated proved that trade liberalization ASEAN - US influence on ASEAN exports and US exports
