ANALISIS KESTABILAN PADA MODEL TERAPI TUMOR YANG DIPENGARUHI KEGANASAN TUMOR DENGAN VIRUS ONCOLYTIC

Tesis ini membahas mengenai model terapi tumor dengan virus Oncolytic yang dipengaruhi faktor keganasan tumor. Dari hasil analisis pada model matematika yang memenuhi syarat eksistensi diperoleh empat titik ekuilibrium, yaitu tiga titik ekuilibrium yang stabil dan satu titik ekuilibrium yang tidak stabil. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan syarat eksistensi dan kestabilan model tersebut dilakukan simulasi numerik untuk menginterpretasikan pengaruh penginfeksian virus Oncolytic dengan keganasan tumor dan respon imun sehingga dapat dilihat kesuksesan virus Oncolytic dalam terapi tumor.

This thesis describes a mathematical model of tumor therapy with Oncolytic viruses that involve the malignant factor of the tumor. From the analysis on a mathematical model that atisfies the existence condition, we get four equilibria of the system, three stable equilibria and unstable equilibrium point. Furthermore, under the terms of existence and stability of the model, we make an numerical simulations to interpret the influence of Oncolytic virus infection with the malignant factors and immune respond such that from the numerical example, we conclude the successful of Oncolytic viruses in tumor therapy cell.
