Penerapan Model Bisnis Sosial Pada Usaha Sepatu Etnik INAddiction

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model bisnis yang tepat untuk pelaksanaan dan pengembangan usaha sepatu etnik INAddiction yang mendukung praktik pemberdayaan masyarakat dan meningkatkan kontribusi sosial agar dapat terus berlanjut. Menggunakan metoda kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mencoba menangkap dan memahami perilaku maupun kebutuhan calon penerima manfaat dari sisi ketertarikan terhadap adanya lapangan usaha baru di bidang fashion terutama sepatu, juga ketertarikan terhadap sepatu etnik dari calon pelanggan baru yang potensial sebagai dasar perancangan model bisnis INAddiction. Data diperoleh langsung dari hasil wawancara dengan pengrajin outsource di kawasan Bandung dan kelompok masyarakat di Tangerang Selatan, juga hasil Focus Group Discussion dan survei dari wanita berumur 17-40 tahun. Dari data tersebut didapatkan pemetaan sebagai dasar mengembangkan model bisnis sosial melalui nine building blocks kanvas model bisnis sosial. Tahap terakhir adalah hasil perhitungan dari kanvas model bisnis sosial yang telah dilakukan menggunakan metoda NPV, payback period juga Social Return on Investment (SROI) dinyatakan layak secara finansial dan dapat memberikan kontribusi sosial.

The purpose of this research is to design the appropriate business model for implementation and development of INAddiction ethnic shoe business practices that support community development and increase social contributions to sustain the business. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this study attempts to capture and understand the behavior and needs of potential beneficiaries about their interest of new businesses in fashion industry, especially shoes, as well as the interest in ethnic shoes from new prospective and potential customers for designing a business model of INAddiction. The datas needed for this research are received directly from interviewing outsourced craftsmen in Bandung and community groups in South Tangerang, also from focus group discussions and surveys to women aged 17-40 years. The data has been used as a basic to develop a social business model through nine building blocks of social business model canvas. The last stage is calculating the social business model canvas using NPV, payback period also Social Return on Investment (SROI) methods. The result declared that the new social business model is financially viable and can contribute to social.
