Relasi Kongruensi Reduktif dan Relasi Kongruensi Reduktif Lemah pada Semigrup

Relasi ekuivelensi rho pada semigrup S yang untuk setiap x,x',y,y' anggota S dengan (x,x'),(y,y') anggota rho berakibat (xy,x'y') anggota rho disebut relasi kongruensi pada S. Dalam tesis ini diperkenalkan relasi rho_t = {(a,b) anggota S x S| untuk setiap x,y anggota S, (xay,xby) anggota rho} dan rho_w = {(a,b)anggota S x S| untuk setiap x anggota S, (xa, xb) anggota rho dan (ax, bx) anggota rho}, dengan rho relasi kongruensi pada S. Relasi kongruensi rho disebut relasi kongruensi reduktif lemah jika rho_w = rho, dan relasi kongruensi rho disebut relasi kongruensi reduktif jika rho_t = rho. Dalam tesis ini dibahas tentang karakterisasi relasi kongruensi reduktif lemah dan karakterisasi relasi kongruensi reduktif pada suatu semigrup. Lebih lanjut akan dibahas tentang hubungan antara relasi kongruensi reduktif lemah dan relasi kongruensi reduktif pada suatu semigrup.

Equivalence relation  on a semigroup S for which every x, x', y, y' element S with (x, x'), (y, y') element rho  implies (xy,x'y') element rho is called a congruence relation on S. In this thesis, it is introduced the relation rho_t = {(a,b) element S x S| for every x,y element S, (xay,xby) element rho} and rho_w = {(a,b) element S x S| untuk setiap x element S, (xa, xb) element rho dan (ax, bx)element rho, with  rho is a congruence relation on S. Congruence  is called weakly reductive congruence if rho_w = rho, and congruence  is called reductive congruence if rho_t = rho. In this thesis, it is discussed the characterization weakly reductive congruences and characterization of reductive congruences on an arbitary semigroup. Moreover, it will be discussed about the relationship between weakly reductive congruences and reductive congruences on a semigroup.
