PENGEMBANGAN PROTOTIPE SISTEM INFORMASI KLINIK DI KLINIK AZ-ZAHRA KOTA TASIKMALAYA

Latar Belakang: Klinik Az-Zahra di Kota Tasikmalaya memiliki kendala dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakatkarena rekam medis berbasis kertas yang ada tidak mendata pasien secara sistematis. Hal inimembuat petugas kesulitandalam melacak data pasien. Kendala lainnya adalah terjadinya duplikasi data. Selain itu, pemilik klinik juga menginginkan terstrukturnya data pasien yang menjadi acuan untuk membuat laporan. Tujuan: Merancang sistem informasi klinik untuk mendukung kegiatan pelayanan di Klinik Az-Zahra di Kota Tasikmalaya Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif melalui tahapan action research pada perancangan sistem informasi klinik dengan pendekatan prototyping. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 1 orang dokter, 2 orang petugas rekam medis, 1 orang bidan, dan 1 orang perawat. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara mendalam.Analisis data hasil observasi dan wawancara yang dianggap relevan dipakai sebagai pedoman pada tahap perancangan sistem. Hasil: Telah dilaksanakan identifikasi kebutuhan sistem, membuat desain proses, desain basis data dan desain antar muka serta uji coba prototipe sistem informasi klinik. Kesimpulan: Kebutuhan data sistem informasi Klinik Az-Zahra Kota Tasikmalaya meliputi identitas pasien, riwayat kunjungan, catatan alergi, gaya hidup, imunisasi, riwayat penyakit, serta riwayat catatan kesehatan pribadi yang lebih lengkap padaprototipe sistem informasi klinik yang telah dikembangkan.

Background: Az-Zahra Clinic in Tasikmalaya have obstacles in providing services to the public due to paper-based medical record that could not record the patient data systematically. This makes officers difficult to track the patient data. Another obstacle was the duplication of data. In addition, the clinic owner of the clinic also wantsstructured patient data that can be used to create the report immediately. Objective: To design a clinical information system to support the health service activities in Az-Zahra Clinic Tasikmalaya. Method: Qualitative research was conducted through the stages of action research with prototyping approach. Subjects in this study were doctor, medical record officers, midwife and nurse. Data collected by observation, in-depth interviews and study documentation. The results of observations and interviews that are considered relevant to be used as a guide at system design stage. Results: Identified user needs, designing the process, database and user interface also testing the clinical information system prototype has been done. Conclusion: Clinical information system requiredinAz-Zahra Clinic Tasikmalaya include patient identification, visit history, allergy notes, lifestyle, immunizations history, disease history, and the history of personal health records. All the data need to be more completed in the clinical information system prototype that has been developed.
