HIKAYAT NUR MUHAMMAD SUNTINGAN TEKS DAN ANALISIS RESEPSI SASTRA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan suntingan teks litografi Hikayat Nur Muhammad dalam penelitian filologi. Selama ini teks litografi masih jarang digunakan dalam penelitian filologi. Oleh karena itu, peneliti memilih teks ini. Dalam hal ini, peneliti membandingkan dua teks litografi yang berada di British Library dan Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Berhubung teks yang digunakan merupakan teks jamak, peneliti menggunakan metode landasan (legger) yaitu memilih satu naskah yang dianggap memiliki kualitas yang lebih unggul, yaitu teks litografi koleksi Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Dalam analisis resepsi sastra, peneliti mengungkap konsep Nur Muhammad secara lebih sederhana. Hikayat Nur Muhammad selama ini hanya ditanggapi secara umum, yaitu sesuai dengan konsep tasawuf sehingga cukup sulit dipahami oleh orang awam. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini, peneliti akan memformulasikan kembali Nur Muhammad secara lebih mudah agar dapat dipahami oleh pembaca awam. Dalam memformulasikan konsep Nur Muhammad, peneliti berpandangan bahwa konsep ini dapat dipahami melalui tiga hal, yaitu proses penciptaan manusia, tujuan diciptakannya manusia, serta 'kembalinya' manusia kepada Sang Pencipta. Allah menciptakan alam sebagai makrokosmos yang nantinya akan dihuni oleh manusia sebagai mikrokosmos. Dalam menghuni alam ini manusia memiliki tugas utama, yaitu beribadah kepada Allah. Penghambaan manusia diwujudkan dalam lima aspek, yaitu syahadat, shalat, puasa, zakat, dan berhaji. Setelah tugas sebagai manusia terselesaikan, manusia akan 'kembali' kepada Allah dan akan menempati 'tempat terakhir' sesuai dengan amal perbuatannya. Hanya ada dua tempat pilihan, yaitu surga atau neraka.

The aim of this research is to produce a lithography edit text of Hikayat Nur Muhammad in the framework of philology. Lithography text is still rarely use in the philology research. Therefore, the researcher choose this text to be the object of this research. The researcher compare two lithography text which is located in British Library and Kebangsaan Malaysia University. There are many lithography text, so the method used is method of foundation (legger). The chosen text becomes the most powerful text for the present edition, which is located in Kebangsaan Malaysia University. In the literature reception, the researcher will reveal the concept of Nur Muhammad in the simply form. During this time, Hikayat Nur Muhammad always have some general perception, is based on the mysticism concept, so that the general reader can't understand well. Therefore, in this research, the researcher will reformulate Nur Muhammad easily so that the general reader can understand well. The researcher consider this concept can be understand by three point, that is the creation of human being process, the purpose of creation, and 'the return' of human being to the Creator. Allah create the world as macrocosm, which is the human being as microcosm will be lived. In the living of this world, human being have a main duty, is worship to Allah. this worship can be shaped by five aspect, are the confession that there is no God other than Allah and the Prophet Muhammad is His Messenger, shalat, fasting, obligatory alms, and the pilgrimage to Mecca. After the human being's duty finished, human being will 'return' to Allah and will occupy in 'last place' , based on his deed. Only two selection place, heaven or hell.
