UNSUR-UNSUR INTRINSIK CERPEN AL-AUDATU ILA AL-BAHRI KARYA AHMAD ZAYYAD MAHBAK DALAM ANTOLOGI AL-AUDATU ILA AL-BAHRI : ANALISIS STRUKTURAL ROBERT STANTON

Penelitian ini membahas unsur-unsur intrinsik cerpen al-Audatu ila al-Bahri dalam antologi cerpen al-Audatu ila al-Bahri karya Ahmad Zayyad Mahbak. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori struktural Robert Stanton. Unsur-unsur yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah fakta cerita yang terdiri atas tokoh dan penokohan, latar dan alur, kemudian tema, serta sarana sastra yang terdiri atas judul dan sudut pandang. Penelitian ini juga membahas keterkaitan antarunsur tersebut. Penelitain ini menyimpulkan bahwa tema pada cerpen ini adalah jalan untuk mendapatkan kebahagiaan harus dilalui dengan perjuangan yang berat. Tokoh utama dalam cerpen ini adalah tokoh Aku, yaitu seorang suami yang diusir dari surga dan berusaha untuk mendapatkan kembali kenikmatan surga yang dahulu pernah ia rasakan. Tokoh tambahannya adalah tokoh Istri, Sopir 1, Abu Irfan, Qasim, Penjaga 1, Penjaga 2, Sopir 2, dan Penjaga pintu masuk. Cerpen ini memiliki alur campuran. Latar tempat adalah di Surga, di jalan, dan di kota. Latar waktu yaitu siang hari dan pagi hari. Latar sosial kota, yaitu masyarakat kota yang senang dengan harta dan kemewahan. Cerpen ini berjudul al-Audatu ila al-Bahri dalam bahasa Indonesia artinya Kembali ke Laut diceritakan dalam cerpen ini tokoh Aku ingin kembali ke surga dan mendapatkan kebahagiaan yang didapatkan di laut yang berada di dalam surga. Cerpen ini diceritakan dengan sudut pandang orang pertama-utama. Masing-masing unsur intrinsik cerpen ini memiliki keterkaitan satu sama lain sehingga membentuk makna yang utuh. Kata kunci: Al-Audatu ila al-Bahri, Perjuangan, Kebahagiaan.

This research analyze the intrinsic elements of the short story al-Audatu ila al-Bahri in the anthology al-Audatu ila al-Bahri written by Ahmad Zayyad Mahbak. The theory used in this research is structural theory of Robert Stanton. The elements that are discussed consist of facts of the theory; characters and characterizations, setting, and plot, the theme, and the literary device which consists of title and point of view. This research also analyzes the relations among those elements. This research concludes that the theme of this short story is the way to achieve a happiness shall be passed with struggle. The main character in this short story is Me (a Man), who had expelled from heaven and tried to get back the happiness of heaven which has felt before. The peripheral characters are the Wife, Driver 1, Abu Irfan, Qasim, Watchman 1, watchman 2, Driver 2, watchman gate in. The plot of the story is blended plot. The three settings in this story consist of three settings, place backgrounds, three time settings and two social backgrounds. The place settings are the heaven, the street, and the city. The time settings are at the morning and at the daylight. Social background of city is a society who fond of property and luxury. The title of the story is al-Audatu ila al-Bahri which in Bahasa the meaning is Kembali ke laut, this short story is about, character of Me want to go back to heaven and get happiness, where the happiness that he get in the ocean of heaven. The point of view in this short story is first person type. Every intrinsic elements in this story has relations with each other thus together they form a whole meaning.
