PERLAKUAN RASIO JENIS KELAMIN UNTUK PEMIJAHAN IKAN WADER PARI (Rasbora lateristriata BLEEKER, 1854) MENGGUNAKAN METODE BUDIDAYA MASSAL

Informasi terkait budidaya ikan wader pari (Rasbora lateristriata) sebagai ikan konsumsi yang digemari masyarakat masih sangat sedikit. Dalam peneleitian ini dilakukan percobaan untuk mengetahui cara budidaya ikan wader pari dan sex ratio terbaik dalam pemijahannya di kolam budidaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan uji coba pemijahan sesuai pengalaman kelompok Petani Ikan Mina Sejahtera di Desa Wukirsari, Cangkringan, Sleman Yogyakarta pada bulan September�Desember 2016. Kolam pijah dibuat dari jaring dengan ukuran lubang kurang dari 0,5 mm dengan kedalaman 0,6 m yang ditempatkan di kolam tanah yang telah dikapuri, dipupuki, dan didiamkan selama 5 hari. Di dalam jaring diberi ijuk sebagai substrat. Kemudian menempatkan induk wader yang sudah matang gonad ke dalam kolam pijah di pagi atau sore hari dengan percobaan beberapa sex ratio induk jantan dan betina, yaitu 1:1, 2:1, dan 3:1. Pemijahan berhasil bila kesokan paginya terdapat telur didalam jaring pemijahan. Sex ratio indukan 3:1 menghasilkan telur yang paling banyak yaitu 11.250 butir dan dengan presentase penetasan telur sebesar 82 %. Pada dua minggu pertama, larva yang berumur 3�4 hari diberikan pakan berupa kuning telur ayam yang telah direbus dan dihaluskan hingga larva berumur dua minggu. Selanjutnya diberi pakan pellet dengan ukuran sesuai ukuran bukaan mulut ikan.

Information on cultivation of yellow rasbora (Rasbora lateristriata) as a popular consumable fish is still very little. This study conducted an experiment to find out the method of cultivation and best sex ratio of yellow rasbora spawning in aquaculture ponds. This study was conducted with tried the spawning method base on fish farmer group Mina Sejahtera's experience in Wukirsari, Cangkringan, Sleman, Yogyakarta on September�December 2016. Spawning pond was made from net with pits less than 0,5 mm sized. The net installed in 0,6 m depth in the ground pool that have been putted by limes and fertilizers, and is allowed for 5 days. Palm fibers were putted into the spawning pond. Then the mature gonads rasbora broodstocks were selected and were placed into the spawning pond with some experimental sex ratio male and female, ie 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1. The spawning were successful if the eggs were found in the spawning pond at that next morning. The sex ratio of 3:1 is the most widely produce eggs, they are 11,250 eggs and the percentage of hatching eggs is 82%. In a first two weeks, 3-4 days old larvae were given feed in the form of chicken egg yolk that has been boiled and mashed up. Furthermore, they were fed in the form of pellets with sizes in the size of their mouth openings.
