KELAYAKAN USAHA PEMBESARAN IKAN LELE DI DESA MARGOKATON KECAMATAN SEYEGAN KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis biaya, pendapatan, dan keuntungan usaha pembesaran ikan lele di Desa Margokaton Kecamatan Seyegan, Kabupaten Sleman, (2) menganalisis kelayakan usaha pembesaran ikan lele di Desa Margokaton, Kecamatan Seyegan, Kabupaten Sleman, (3) mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi ikan lele di Desa Margokaton Kecamatan Seyegan Kabupaten Sleman. Metode Dasar penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Margokaton Kecamatan Seyegan Kabupaten Sleman. Pengambilan responden sebanyak 30 orang dari anggota kelompok pembudidaya ikan mina rejeki dan mina sejahtera dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Kelayakan usaha dianalisis dengan pendekatan keuntungan, R/C ratio, rasio keuntungan/biaya, produktivitas tenaga kerja, dan BEP. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi ikan lele di analisis menurut analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rerata biaya usaha pembesaran ikan lele sebesar Rp 431.067.89, dan rerata pendapatan sebesar Rp. 102.254.473, usaha pembesaran ikan lele layak untuk dikembangkan berdasarkan analisis keuntungan sebesar Rp. 54.294.169, analisis R/C ratio sebesar 1,24, analisis rasio keuntungan/biaya sebesar 11,33%, analisis produktivitas tenaga kerja sebesar 1.241.324/HKO, dan analisis BEP yaitu BEP produksi 1.880,92 kg, BEP penerimaan Rp. 29.410.395, BEP harga Rp. 12.500/kg dan BEP luas kolam 112,9 meter persegi. Faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan meningkatkan produksi ikan lele adalah luas kolam dan jumlah kapur, sedangkan jumlah benih berpengaruh signifikan mengurangi produksi ikan lele.

This research aims to (1) analyze the costs, revenues, and profits business enlargement of catfish in the village of Margokaton SeyeganSubdistrict of Sleman Regency (2) analyze the feasibility of business enlargement catfish in the village Margokaton, Seyegan Subdistrict, Sleman Regency, (3) determine the factors that affect the production of catfish in the village of Margokaton Seyegan Subdistrict Sleman Regency. The basic method of this research is a descriptive analytical. This research was conducted in the village of Margokaton Seyegan Subdistrict Sleman Regency. The taking of the respondent as much as 30 people from fish farmers group member mina Rejeki and mina Sejahtera by using census methods. Business feasibility analysis approach gains, R/C ratio, profit/Cost ratio, labor productivity, and BEP. Factors that affect the production of catfish in the analysis of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the average cost of the enlargement effort Catfish is Rp 431.067.89, and the average income of Rp. 102.254.473, catfish enlargement effort deserves to be developed based on the analysis of the profit of Rp. 54.294.169, analysis of R/C ratio of 1,24, analysis of profit /cost ratio amounted to 11,33%, labour productivity analysis of 1.241.324/HKO, and an analysis of BEP, BEP production namely 1.880.92 kg, BEP acceptance of Rp. 29.410.395, Price BEP Rp.12.500/kg and spacious outdoor BEP 112,9 square meter. The influential factors significantly increases the production of catfish is the vast of ponds and limestone, while the number of influential significantly reduce fish fry production of catfish.
