ANALISA CACAT KAZIRI PADA PART K SERIES DI PT. AUTOCAR INDUSTRI KOMPONEN

Dimana hasil dari cacat tersebut meninggalkan bekas yang dapat merugikan benda kerja. Sehingga kualitas benda kerja tersebut menurun dari segi daya dan penampilan, mengakibatkan benda kerja tersebut harus mengalami proses repair sebelum dilakukan proses berikutnya. Improvement yang dilakukan setelah menganalisa cacat kaziri adalah dengan melakukan penggosokan pada die setiap 200 stroke, pemberian oli pada die setiap 200 stroke, pembuatan SOP dan pembuatan tempat untuk meletakan kain agar operator dapat mengelap die sendiri. Setelah dilakukan improvement hasil yang didapat adalah meningkatnya prosentase GSPH untuk part K seri sebesar 9%. Kata kunci: Kaziri, GSPH, NG produk
ABSTRACT On industrial manufacturing, performance and endurance from machine has been the most important thing to get maximum production target. If befound trouble or problem on the machine must doing maintenance activity or modification for preserve the machine from damage and in order to target of production. One of machine that require improvement or modification on PT Denso Indonesia are the auto crimping machine on 1st line of GIC assembling parts. Improvement very needed because NG (no good) product found in form of leakage on the crimping area where the trial production of GIC are very high. The purpose of this final taskfor reduce the percentage of NG (no good) product to achieve the company target. The improvement that is applied after analyzing the crimping unit by adding thickness dimension on the base component. Base of thickness which 15 mm has changed to 30 mm. The change is made to reduce the deflection that happened on the base component. After improvement has applied, deflection that happened to base component is reduced. Deflection value which 2,32 mm has reduced to 0,291 mm. With the reducing of the deflection value, that improvement has been succesfull reducing the percentation of the NG product from 85,81% to 0,5%. However, the improvement adding base movement power consumption for 1.61 Watt. Keywords: Crimping, maximum deflection, NG product
