MEKANISME PENGAJUAN DAN PENCAIRAN DANA PERJALANAN DINAS PADA PERUM BULOG DIVISI REGIONAL YOGYAKARTA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pengajuan perjalanan dinas, mengetahui proses pencairan dana perjalanan dinas yang sudah sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku di Perum BULOG, dan untuk mengetahui adanya ketentuan khusus dalam perjalanan dinas di Perum BULOG. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara dengan pihak perusahaan, observasi, serta dokumen-dokumen yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan penulis adalah proses pengajuan maupun pencairan dana perjalanan dinas sudah sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku di Perum BULOG. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis memberikan beberapa saran, yaitu Perum BULOG Divre Yogyakarta diharapkan untuk membuat aturan yang berkaitan mengenai konsekuensi atas keterlambatan penyampaian berkas Perjalanan Dinas. Agar pelaksanaan pertanggungjawaban perjalanan dinas menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Selain itu Perum BULOG Divre Yogyakarta juga diharapkan untuk membuat pedoman mengenai pembebanan biaya yang ada dalam Perjalanan Dinas, hal ini bertujuan agar perusahaan lebih efektif dan efisien dalam mengolah dana perusahaan.

The methodology of this research that used are by interview with the company, observation, and documents that already exist. And Perum BULOG Divre Yogyakarta is also expected to make the guidelines about imposing the cost in Trips, this aimed to the company more effective and efficient in processing company funds
