PERANCANGAN OIL COOLER PADA MESIN HONDA GL MAX

INTISARI Dalam kehidupan ini kita tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan teknologi, bagaimanapun, kita selalu belajar dari teknologi sebelumnya untuk dikembangkan. Di sini dilakukan percobaan membuat terobosan dengan cara membuat alat pendingin untuk mesin Honda GL MAX, bertujuan untuk masyarakat yang belum mampu membeli sepeda motor dengan teknologi terbaru dapat merarasakan perkembangan teknologi. Mesin Honda GL MAX yang tidak dilengkapi dengan sistem pendingin dan juga dengan kecepatan standar untuk agar mampu bersaing dengan sepeda motor terbaru dalam hal kecepatan dan akselerasi. Pembuatan alat pendingin pada Honda GL MAX dibuat ketika motor Honda GL MAX yang telah di modivikasi mesinya sering terjadi piston rusak. Dampak kerusakan tersebut pasti sangat merugikan dan dari kejadian ini muncul gagasan bahwa bagaimana sebuah mesin harus dalam temperatur standar. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis mesin dan kemudian dengan cara membuat bagian-bagian mesin desain yang dapat dipasang alat pendingin, desain dibuat menggunakan perangkat lunak creo dalam hal ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi resiko kegagalan. Setelah desain slesai baru akan dibuat secara real pada Honda GL MAX dan menghasilkan hasil yang memuaskan. Penggunaan alat pendingin untuk mesin motor Honda GL MAX sangat efektif dan mampu mengurangi panas mesin hingga 28,5% dan itu menunjukkan bahwa ide atau gagasan yang telah dibuat dapat dikatakan sukses.

ABSTRACT In this life we cannot be separated with the technology, however, we are always learning from technology ever to be developed. Here was done the experiment made a breakthrough with a means of making the oil cooler for the Honda GL MAX, aiming to let the community hasn't been able to buy a motorcycle with the latest technology can sense the development of technology. Honda GL MAX engines that have not been equipped with a cooling system oil cooler and also with standard speed to competitors in order to be able to compete with the latest motorcycle in terms of speed and acceleration. The making of oil cooler on a Honda GL MAX it self created when the motor Honda GL MAX which upgraded the engine often have an overheat cause piston damaged. The impact of such damage is certainly very detrimental because it would cost money that did little to fix them, and from this incident arose the idea that how a machine should be in a standard heat temperatur. Oil cooler into the right solution to make engine oil heat remains in the experiment was undertaken and a stable and sustainable research. Research using the method of analysis of the machine and then with how to make design engine parts which can be fitted oil cooler, the design is created using a creo software in this case is aimed at reducing the risk of failure. After the design was followed by last in real Honda engine in GL MAX and in making such produce satisfactory results. The use of the oil cooler for the engine motor Honda GL MAX is very effective and was able to reduce the heat of the engine up to 28.5% and it shows that ideas or ideas that have been made can be said to be successful.
