Analisis Usaha Pembenihan Bandeng Skala Rumah Tangga Di Desa Banyupoh Kecamatan Gerokgak Kabupaten Buleleng

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya, pendapatan, dan R/C Ratio dalam usaha pembenihan bandeng di Desa Banyupoh Kecamatan Gerokgak Kabupaten Buleleng. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, dengan melakukan survei terhadap 36 pembenih. penelitian dilakukan selama bulan Februari tahun 2016. Skala usaha yang ditekuni oleh pembenih berbeda-beda, yakni dari skala 9-20 bak, 21-32 bak dan lebih dari 32 bak. biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam satu bulan berbeda-beda berdasarkan skala usahanya, skala 9-20 bak Rp2.012.142/bulan, skala 21-32 bak Rp2.955.617/bulan, skala lebih dari 32 bak Rp5.181.765/bulan. Benih yang dapat diproduksi berbeda-beda dalam sebulan, 9-20 bak dapat memproduksi benih 244.167 ekor/bulan, skala usaha 21-32 bak memproduksi benih 335.329 ekor/bulan, skala usaha lebih dari 32 bak dapat memproduksi benih 619.219 ekor/bulan. Pendapatan yang diperoleh pembenih skala usaha 9-20 bak Rp2.627.031/bulan, skala usaha 21-32 bak Rp3.415.634/bulan, skala usaha lebih dari 32 bak Rp6.583.396/bulan. Hasil analisis R/C Ratio dari ketiga skala usaha tersebut yakni, 2.31, 2.16 dan 2.27, dari ketiga skala tersebut semua lebih dari 1 yang artinya usaha pembenihan bandeng di Desa Banyupoh layak untuk dijalankan.

This research is aimed at determining the cost, income, and an R/C Ratio in a milkfish backyard hatchery business in Banyupoh village, Gerokgak district, Buleleng regency. This research employed the method of descriptive analysis, by conducting survey toward 36 hatchery owners. This research was done in a month, during February, 2016. Scales of business that are occupied are varied, particularly from the scale of 9-20 unit of tanks, 21-32 unit of tanks and more than 32 unit of tanks. The cost incurred in a month are various depend on the scale of its business, in the scale of 9-20 unit of tanks is Rp2.012.142/month, in the scale of 21-32 unit of tanks is Rp2.955.617/month, in the scale of more than 32 unit of tanks is Rp5.181.765/month. Fry that could be produced by the farmers are different in a month, in the scale of 9-20 unit of tanks produces 244.167 fry/month, in the scale of 21-32 unit of tanks produces 335.329 fry/month, in the scale of more than 32 unit of tanks produces 619.219 fry/month. Income in a month which earned by the farmers in the scale of 9-20 unit of tanks is Rp2.627.031/month, in the scale of 21-32 unit of tanks Rp3.415.634/month, in the scale of more than 32 unit of tanks is Rp6.583.396/month. From the three scales of business R/C Ratio analysis results 2.31, 2.16 and 2.27, which are more than 1.00, based on the result of this research, the three scales of milkfish backyard hatchery business in Banyupoh village are feasible.
