Selera Kaum Muda dalam Konsumsi Rokok Elektrik (Studi Kuantitatif di Kalangan Mahasiswa Fisipol UGM Angkatan 2013)

Pengggunaan rokok tembakau memberikan dampak negative yang sangat meluas tidak hanya pengguna tetapi juga lingkungan sekitarn, yang disebut perokok pasif. Oleh karena itu, saat ini WHO sedang menekan konsumsi rokok tembakau dengan berbagi strategi salah satunya dengan menggunakan terapi nikotin berbasis baterai yang memberkan nikotin dengan cara dihisap layaknya rokok pada umumnya. Mulai taun 2010, rokok elektrik menjadi ren kaum muda di ndonesia termasuk Yogykarta. Bourdieu menyebutnya sebagai �new culture intermediaries� yaitu adanya oembentukna kebudayaan baru yang tidak hanya mengonsumsi barang namun juga �taste�. Penelitian ini membahas tentang daya tarik dari rokok elektrik. Menguji apakah status ekonom (X1), pengetahuan (X2) dan jaringan responden (X3) dapat membentuk selera (Z) yang menjadi penyebab minat mahasiswa megonsumsi rokok elektrik (Y) menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi daru penelitian ini yaitu seluruh mahasiswa FISIPOL UGM angkatan 2013 yang dipilih secara acaak sebanyak 120 mahasiswa sebagai responden penelitian. Kesimpulan : pembentukan selera terhadap rokok elektrik tidak dipengaruhi oleh status ekonomi, pengetahuan dan jaringan social dari mahasiswa. Selera tidak mempengaruhi minat konsumsi rokok elektrik namun adanya konsumen rokok elektrik dipengaruhi oleh trend dan digunakan sebagai tanda kelas social individu. Meskipun demikian, prsepsi mahasiswa terhada rokok elektrik bernada negative.

Use of tobacco cigarette gives a big negative impact, not only for smokers but for people around, called negative smoker. Hence , currently who were pressuring tobacco cigarette consumption by sharing strategy one of them is by using nicotine based therapy battery memberkan nicotine by means of sucked just like cigarettes in general . Started on 2010 , cigarettes electrically be ren young people in ndonesia including yogykarta . Bourdieu called it as �new culture intermediaries� is a prosess of making new culture , not only consume things but �taste�too. This research talk about attractiveness of cigarettes electric .Testing whether status economist ( x1 ) , knowledge ( x2 ) and tissues respondents ( x3 ) can form taste ( z ) that causes interest students megonsumsi cigarette electric ( y ) used a quantitative approach with the methods survey . The population of this research namely the whole student fisipol 2013 ugm navy selected in acaak as many as 120 students as respondents research. Conclusion : the formation of taste to cigarette electric not affected by economic status, knowledge, and tissues social of the students. Taste not affect interest electric cigarette consumption even so possession of consumers cigarette influenced by trend and used as a sgin of social class individuals. Nevertheless, student perception to cigerattes is totally negative.
