TINJAUAN KRITIS KONSEP NEGARA MENURUT HASAN AL-BANNA DAN RELEVANSINYA TERHADAP KONSEP NEGARA PANCASILA (SUATU TINJAUAN FILSAFAT POLITIK)

Penelitian ini berjudul Tinjauan Kritis Konsep Negara Menurut Hasan Al-Banna dan Relevansinya Terhadap Konsep Negara Pancasila. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjawab persoalan masyarakat saat ini yang sebagian besar masih mengganggap konsep Islam adalah sebuah ancaman terhadap suatu negara yang sudah berdiri netral di atas sistem negara yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini menuliskan upaya analisis studi komparatif dari dua konsep tersebut di atas dengan harapan dapat ditemukan relevansi dari dua gagasan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian historis-faktual, dengan unsur-unsur metodis sebagai berikut: interpretasi, kesinambungan historis, komparasi, hermeneutika, heuristik, dan deskripsi. Konsep negara menurut Hasan Al-Banna direfleksikan dengan konsep negara Pancasila dalam perspektif filsafat politik, sehingga dapat menjawab masalah yang telah dirumuskan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diringkas sebagai berikut. Hasan Al-Banna meyakini bahwa mendirikan negara merupakan asas keimanan. Konsep negara menurut Hasan Al-Banna adalah sebuah konsep tatanan masyarakat berdasarkan Al-Qur’an dan As-Sunnah. Negara mampu membuat warga negara berada dalam ketaatan kepada Allah SWT. Analisis kritis atas konsep negara menurut Hasan Al-Banna dan relevansinya dengan negara Pancasila adalah terkait dengan kesesuaian antara kedua konsep tersebut. Kesesuaian relevansi konsep negara Hasan Al-Banna terhadap konsep negara Pancasila adalah pada konsep nasionalisme, loyalitas, dan strategi penerapan konsep dengan memilih sistem demokrasi. Hasil dari analisis juga menemukan ketidaksesuaian, konsep negara Hasan Al-Banna tidak dapat diterapakan di Indonesia, karena kompleksitas perbedaan di Indonesia. Namun sesungguhnya kemerdekaan Bangsa Indonesia tidak dapat lepas dari peran Hasan Al-Banna yang saat itu berpengaruh di negara Mesir. Mesir adalah negara yang pertama kali mengakui kemerdekaan Bangsa Indonesia.

This study entitled Critical Review of Concepts Country According to Hasan Al-Banna and Relevance To The Concept of Pancasila state. The purpose of this study was to answer the problems of today's society are largely still considers the concept of Islam is a threat to a country that had stood above the neutral state system are already established. This study analyzes the effort to write a comparative study of the two concepts mentioned above with the hope to find the relevance of these two ideas. This study is a historical-factual, with elements methodically as follows: interpretation, historical continuity, comparison, hermeneutics, heuristic, and description. The concept of countries by Hasan Al-Banna reflected by the concept of Pancasila state in the perspective of political philosophy, so that it can answer the problems that have been formulated. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. Hasan Al-Banna believes that establishing a state is a principle of faith. The concept of countries by Hasan Al-Banna is a concept of a society based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. State's citizens are able to make in obedience to Allah SWT. Critical analysis of the concept of countries by Hasan Al-Banna and its relevance to the Pancasila state is related to the compatibility between these two concepts. Compliance is the relevance of the concept of state Hasan Al-Banna to the concept of state ideology is the concept of nationalism, loyalty, strategy and implementation of the concept by choosing a democratic system. The results of the analysis also found a discrepancy, the concept of Hasan Al-Banna state can not be applicable in Indonesia, because to the complexity of the differences in Indonesia. But the real independence of the Indonesian nation can not be separated from the role of Hassan Al-Banna, who was influential in the country of Egypt. Egypt is the first countries to recognize the independence of Indonesia.
