ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPEMILIKAN ASING TERHADAP STRUKTUR MODAL PERUSAHAAN NON-KEUANGAN YANG TERDAFTAR PADA INDEKS KOMPAS 100

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemilikan asing terhadap keputusan struktur modal perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada Indeks Kompas 100. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menguji ada atau tidaknya perbedaan struktur modal yang dipengaruhi oleh determinan-determinan pada perusahaan dengan kepemilikan asing dan kepemilikan domestik yang dominan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 35 perusahaan non-keuangan yang tetap terdaftar pada indeks Kompas 100 selama periode 2011 hingga 2014. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Financial Update Market BNI46 FEB UGM dan situs resmi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menguji 1 variabel independen utama dan 6 variabel kontrol terhadap 2 variabel dependen, yaitu Book Leverage dan Market Leverage. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah model regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemilikan asing perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar pada indeks Kompas 100 berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal perusahaan.

This study aimed to examine the effect of foreign ownership of capital structure decisions of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from Kompas 100 index. In addition, the study also aims to examine whether there is any difference in capital structure is influenced by determinants on the company with foreign ownership and domestic ownership is dominant. This study used a sample of 35 non-financial companies that remain listed on Kompas 100 index over the period 2011 to 2014. The data in this research is secondary data obtained from the Financial Market Update BNI46 FEB UGM and the company's official website. This study examines one main independent variable and 6 variable control of the two dependent variables, namely the Book Leverage and Market Leverage. Data analysis method used is the panel data regression model. The results showed that foreign holdings of non-financial companies listed on the index Compass 100 a significant negative effect on the capital structure of the company.
