Kemampuan produksi pomade industri rumahan dalam prosesnya sangat bergantung pada tenaga kerja manusia, hal ini sangat berdampak pada waktu produksi, banyaknya pomade yang dihasilkan, serta berat bersih yang ada pada tiap pomade. Kemampuan tenaga kerja manusia yang tidak stabil juga akan berpengaruh pada efisiensi, produktivitas, dan tingkat keunggulan produk dari prosesnya. Berdasarkan hal itulah sistem otomasi produksi pomade satu line menjadi salah satu perhatian utama industri pomade rumahan. Purwarupa Sistem Produksi Pomade Satu Line Berbasis Mikrokontroler Board Arduino Mega 2560 telah berhasil di buat. Sistem ini di lengkapi dengan slider sebagai pengumpan, selektor konveyor sebagai alat sortir, dan lengan robot sebagai manipulator. Alat produksi pomade satu line bekerja dengan tahapan umpan wadah pomade akan masuk secara otomatis dengan bantuan slider. Wadah pomade selanjutnya masuk ke konveyor untuk pembacaan warna oleh sensor warna. Tiap warna yang terdeteksi oleh mikrokontroler akan masuk ke jalurnya masing-masing dengan bantuan gate konveyor. Lengan robot sebagai manipulator outlet pompa akan bergerak menuju wadah pomade tersortir untuk selanjutnya di isi pomade sebanyak 7 gram. Board Arduino Mega 2560 dapat di terapkan pada sistem produksi ini. Board Arduino Mega 2560 mampu menjalankan proses dan mengasilkan keluaran yang ditentukan sesuai dengan masukan. Alat ini mampu melakukan proses produksi secara otomatis tanpa campur tangan manusia dengan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 83.4%.

Production capacity of pomade home-based industry in the process relies heavily on the labor of a human being, it is most impact the time of production, the number of resulting pomade, as well as net weight on each of the pomade. The ability of human labor are not stable will also affect the efficiency, productivity, and the level of excellence of the product of the process. Based on this one line pomade production automation system became one of the main concerns of the industry home-based pomade. One Line Production System Of Pomade Prototype Based Arduino Mega 2560 Board Microcontroller has been successfully made. The system is in complete with sliders as feeders, conveyor selector as a means of sorting, and robotic arm as a manipulator. Production pomade one line machine works with the stages of the bait pomade cans will enter automatically with the mechanism of the slider. Pomade cans further entry to the conveyor for reading color by color sensor. Each color is detected by the microcontroller will go into each track with the help of gate conveyor. Robotic arm as the manipulator of outlet pump will move towards the sorted pomade cans to filling liquid pomade as much as 7 grams. Board Arduino Mega 2560 can be applied on production systems. Arduino Mega 2560 Board capable of running processes and produced output is determined in accordance with the input. This machine is able to perform the production process automatically without human intervention with a success rate of 83.4%
