Kontribusi sektor perikanan terhadap produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB) Kabupaten Pontianak

Pengelolaan anggaran dan belanja pemerintah sesuai dengan prioritasnya merupakan kebijakan ekonomi makro yang digunakan untuk mencapai Produk Domestik Regional Bruto yang tinggi. Upaya lain yang dilakukan untuk mencapai Produk Domestik Regional Bruto yang tinggi adalah meningkatkan nilai produksi sektor perikanan dan membuka peluang pekerjaan untuk masyarakatnya. Untuk tujuan itu perlu diteliti pengaruh jumlah tenaga kerja, alokasi dana nonfisik dan dana infrastruktur sektor perikanan terhadap kontribusi sektor perikanan pada Produk Domestik Regional Bruto. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data sekunder (data time series) antara tahun 1993-2001. Pengujian kebenaran hipotesis : jumlah tenaga kerja, jumlah alokasi dana non fisik dan dana infrastruktur sektor perikanan terhadap kontribusi sektor perikanan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Kabupaten Pontianak. Hasil analisis menunjukkan semakin besar jumlah tenaga kerja dan penambahan jumlah alokasi dana sektor perikanan akan meningkatkan kontribusi sektor perikanan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Kabupaten Pontianak.

The management of governmental expense and Budget as according to its priority represent the macro economic policy used to reach the high Gross Regional Domestic Product. The other ways to reach the high Gross Regional Domestic Product is improving the production rate of fishery sector and open the work opportunity for its society. For that purpose, required to be analized the influence number of labour, allocation of non physical and infrastructure fund of fishery sector to contribution of fishery sector in Gross Regional Domestic Product. This Research used the type of secondary data (data of time series) among year 1993-2001. Examination of hypothesis : number of labour, allocation of non physical and infrastructure fund of fishery sector to contribution of fishery sector in Gross Regional Domestic Product of Pontianak Regency. The result of analysis show that, more greater the number of labour and additional fund allocation of fishery sector will be improved the contribution of fishery sector at Gross Regional Domestic Product of Pontianak Regency.
