Di abad 20-an ini semua pekerjaan dapat dilakukan di mana saja dan kapan saja dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang semakin canggih. Namun dalam dunia kerja sering terjadi kesulitan dalam pembagian dan pengamatan tugas pekerjaan terlebih lagi apabila para pekerja berada di tempat yang berbeda sehingga pengerjaan tugas sulit untuk dikontrol. Masalah yang sudah ada dipersulit dengan bertambahnya pekerja sehingga bertambah pula pekerjaan ataupun tugas yang dikerjakan. Oleh karena itu perlu dikembangkan sebuah sistem untuk mengatur sumber daya dengan pekerjaan yang akan dikerjakan yaitu sistem informasi manajemen proyek. Sistem ini berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman ruby dengan database posgresql. Sistem ini dibuat khusus untuk menangani masalah dari pekerjaan, pekerja, serta pengamatan pekerjaan dari pekerja. Sehingga dengan adanya sebuah wadah khusus antara pekerja dengan pekerjaanya diharapkan akan membantu meringankan pengamatan, pembagian tugas untuk para pekerjanya agar dapat bekerja lebih produktif.

But in the world of work are common difficulties in the distribution of work tasks and observations even more so if the workers are in a different place so that work on the assignment difficult to control. Existing problem is compounded by the increasing trade that also increased the job or task at hand. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system to manage resources with the work to be done, namely project management information systems. This system using web based programming language ruby with posgresql database. This system was designed specifically to address the issue of jobs, workers, as well as observation of the work of the workers. So with a special container between workers with their job will hopefully help ease observation, distribution of tasks for their employees to work more productively.Keywords: workers, jobs, management.
